Maybe i'm just too drunk, but Biden has invigorated me and has me believing again.

This is what Biden was picked for: for a time when you need a good soldier to go out and get the message out there. He's a seasoned veteran that can deliver when you need him to. He did it against Palin and he's doing it against Ryan.
