Shane McMachon has been talking with Vince.Vince has just signed papers to which he owns ICW.The news has shovked the wrestling world and everybody is in shock.What will happen is not clear and many think that Vince will just make it Raw and Smackdown again.

After several months, Vince McMachon has finally signed papers to bring back ICW. The show will be returning very soon, and the USA network has agreed to broadcast the show. The bi-weekly show will be called, Insanity, the show that made ICW famous.

Pay Per Views, will be every 3 shows. The names are all the same, and the return of ICW will be at the Victory PPV. The card which was announced by ICW for Victory, will not be happening. It has been changed, and a new card will be placed up later in the week.
