It's been 5 years since the last tour of The Wastelands, and I have to say, if this is truly an in-game trailer and not some cinematic one, then Fallout looks better than ever. A few changes appear to be made in the Fallout Universe- it looks pretty likely that the main protagonist will have a voice. I'm not sure if it's the best idea (imagine purposefully lowering your character's Intelligence and see what I mean) but the prospect of choosing his/her speaking role sounds interesting. Of course I could be wrong and the Vault Dweller shown in this video may not even be your guy, but still it's worth thinking about.

I read somewhere that the Power Armor at 2:20 may be customizable, wherein you plunder the game looking for parts. If that is true, that'd be pretty cool. Building your suit instead of just putting random parts on your person could give it a decent workshop feel.

Yeah, not much to really go from with the video, but already speculations are running wild. All we know for sure is that various sites are reporting that this is a genuine in-game trailer, and that the story will take place in Massachusetts- a state that's been mentioned several times in the series, most notably Fallout 3:

IGN said:
The trailer confirms reports the next entry in the franchise will take place in The Commonwealth - the fictional universe's version of Massachusetts that’s been referenced in prior games. In Fallout 3 side quest The Replicated Man, players encounter a scientist named Dr. Zimmer who comes from The Commonwealth, a “war-ravaged quagmire of violence and despair” where he notes he and his colleagues created androids that have escaped and are running wild. Zimmer also references The Institute, which it seems is a future version of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The Commonwealth also contains the Railroad, which runs in direct opposition to the Institute and aims to rescue the androids that have been created. A branch of the Commonwealth Police known as the Synth Retention Bureau is in charge of capturing androids that have escaped from the Institute.

Bethesda’s Fallout 3 was released in 2008 and took place in a war-ravaged version of Washington DC, with expansions adding Pittsburgh and Maryland. Follow-up Fallout: New Vegas was developed by Obsidian in 2010 and was set in a future version of Nevada.

So we have something along the lines of Mad Max meeting Blade Runner. This fills me with great joy.

So what do you think? Is the hype real? Was this what we all have been waiting for?
