Hasn't Batman won this thing before? Well Geralt is basically Batman's equal as a thinker and strategist, but with superhuman physical abilities, durability, and magic powers.....

that of a force field of protection which not only shields, but also redirects projectiles back to their origin
And being one of the worlds more powerful psychics, with the ability to influence minds.
He is an expert in alchemy, willing ready and able to take various potions that strengthen him and make him immune to most imaginable attacks.
Geralt's entire existence is figuring out ways to kill and behead beings that are much larger and more powerful than he is. He has done so to great effect for hundreds of years.
THIS is what makes Geralt a match for anyone. If there is a way for them to lose, Geralt will find it. His game isn't all out domination, he simply figures out a way to win every struggle he can not afford to lose.
