The idea is fairly simple. I've posted the Raw, Smackdown and ECW roster's below. Your job is to reorganise them and move them to whichever show you like, change the belt holders, create tag teams, create 2 belts, fire whoever you dont want etc. Anything you like.
You can hire replacements for those you've fired, up to 5.

I'm sick and tired of Lawler and Ross
I think having The Undertaker on RAW would help undermine some of the politiking. It also opens up a lot of potential matches.
Lashley to Smackdown because RAW is too face heavy and Batista needs someone his own size.
Ric Flair to RAW because he should retire at the top. I'd also like to see him against Michaels at Wrestlemania.
The Matt/Jeff switch. I've tried to create three different distinctive brands. Matt goes to the more physical show, Jeff goes to the show more designed for the high-fliers.
Victoria to RAW. She never should have been moved. The women's title is very firmly on RAW along with the other women who can wrestle.
I think the weaknesses with this setup are obviously with the announcers. I think we only have 3 decent announcers across the board and i've no idea who to bring in as replacements. ECW could do with a few more people but the hardcore title should at least make it a 2 dimensional show.

The major changes to Raw and SmackDown are the mid-to low cards as I filtered some ECW guys in and I traded a face Undertaker for a face Lashley. Taker will help in the locker room and also be the one guy the Triple H can't squash. Lashley can be the top Face on SD and feud with Edge, Khali and heal Batista. Cena can go heal and feud with Taker, Jericho and DX who in turn can feud with Orton & Kennedy.

Basically I want to bring Hardcore back to ECW and credibility so I moved over Jeff Hardy, Umaga and Finley as the big trades as well as Super Crazy, London and Kendrick because they embody ECW spot fests. Chris Masters to ECW fits as his gimmick would be the fish out of water as the speedo-clad muscle head (WWE prototype) clashes with hardcore. If there is any way to win back Sabu (who hated WWE) and RVD (who is glad to be done with WWE), it would be great to push them. Sandman would come back for about $20 a show but brings what ECW is missing.

Jerry Lawler would fit great in ECW since he hates ECW, he will have a lot of funny sketches with Joey Styles and Tazz and would usually brawl with them.
Umaga would fit well in ECW since he's willing to be in Hardcore matches(an ECW SHOULD be Hardcore) unlike Morrison and The Miz who are too gay coz they might ruin their pretty boy face, and have some Originals to return and coach the new breed.
I hope the Hart Foundation goes to Smackdown so taht Smackdown would at least have a decent tag team division, while make the Big Show feud with Khali so 2 Titans shall clash with each other, and they should make Batista a monster heel.
In RAW, Chris Jericho should become World Champ so he could balance the Politics in RAW and have Cena as a Midcarder and he should feud with guys such as Kennedy or a Heel Lashley.
Shelton Benjamin should at least have a decent push, make him create a new Nation of Domination with Cryme Tyme & Monty Brown and make them feud with the old nation(The Rock, Mark Henry, Ron Simmons) so they would draw a huge crowd
