This list doesn't include post-Raw dark matches or bouts at house shows.

I thought there had been more tbh.

Well it clearly shows they need one more one on one PPV match. They can't keep it with a two two draw!

I would be interested to see how many matches Rock and HHH, and Rock and Austin had in their careers with each other, as Cena Edge is that sort of caliber. One is the top face, one is the top heel, it's hard to seperate them even when they ar eon opposite brands. The problem now is if they do ever square off one on one again people complain it is overdone, which is a shame because every ppv match they have had has been a classic. They have such great chemistry together.

The Rock & Austin were the biggest stars of one of the biggest era's. Edge & Cena are not.

I'm actually glad that Big Show is in the Mania match.

Yes but Edge and Cena are the biggest stars of this era. Hence their tendency to square off over and over again. Same with Rock and Austin.

I wouldn't say Edge is the biggest star of this era. Not even the biggest heel. That'd probably be Triple H, from 2002-2006. He'll also turn heel agains this year.

I'd also say that Undertaker is a bigger star than Edge.

Orton will also prove to be The Rock to Cena's Austin.

Matter of personal opinion really, arguments can be made for a number of wrestlers.

HHH was a heel as you said until 2006. Edge and Cena's first feud started in 2006, and since then Edge has been the biggest heel. Orton may well be the star in the future, but for now I don't see a single heel better than Edge, and I haven't done for a few years.

Edge was the guy that (Toronto TLC aside) got the crowds cheering for Cena again, an Edge's heat was that bad.

Vince matches are event matches. They get the best hype of all the matches on whatever card they're on. He's also one of the best heels ever in wrestling.

True. But what storyline can that give? Austin was picked on because he was a rebel, Rock because he left the corporation, HHH because of his relationship with Stephanie. Cena os the good boy, nothing wrong with his image who is good for business. What reason could spark the feud?

Nicely done. Would be pretty good, just can't see Vince stepping into the ring too much from now on.

Or Vince could easily come back from his 'concussion' and start screwing with random faces in his typical McMahon egomaniacal fashion, and Cena could come out and say 'what's your problem Vince?' and then Vince would 'open the floodgates to his own personal hell'

Everyone seems to think he's going to come back and help Orton at Mania so this could easily be a product of the Legacy/McMahon's fued that's going on now. But obviously we'll have to see what transpires at Mania.

And of course what i suggested would be exactly the same as his fued with HBK in 2006, but hell, fresh ideas are difficult for WWE these days anyway, especially where Vince is concerned.
