A breakdown for the references in Guillermo del Toro's Treehouse Of Horror opening

Amazing video catching all the movie (mainly horror) and TV show references for the Tree House Of Horror XXIV intro that aired last night, because it's almost impossible to spot every single reference on the first viewing.

I thought the episode itself was hit and miss as usual. The Dr. Seuss spoof with a sociopathic Homer was hilarious, the Bart sharing his head with Lisa's body storyline was good until the ending, and I couldn't get into the closing short with Mr. Burns owning the circus and Moe being in love with Marge.

I got a lot of them, but not all. EDIT: So apparently there was a lot more in there than I thought. I completely missed the Alien.

I loved Carl as Blade when that happened.

I hate Treehouse of horror for that reason.

Still it's better than Family Guy's Kenyan mall shooting joke.
