Ugh whatever you do people vote against Diff'rent Strokes, that show was fucking AWFUL. I know it seems cool and vintage to look back fondly on those 80s sitcoms, but seriously, Diff'rent Strokes was absolutely terrible mindless garbage, and the Nancy Reagan guest spots proved that. The only time the show was interesting was the episode in which the local bike shop owner tried to molest them. Kind of sad that that's what it took to make that show interesting.

Family Ties got my vote here, good show, gave Michael J. Fox a start to his great career. Newhart would be a good vote as well, just anything except for Diff'rent Strokes, please.
