Awesome to see Paige debut after watching her for a long time in NXT. She's only 21, but she's already just as good if not better than any of the other divas. Her, along with AJ and Emma can revitalize the division.

And the NXT formula is different (and better). Anyone who is getting significant match time, including the midcarders, gets mic time and backstage segments. That is a huge reason why that show is so much better than RAW.
