"The Innovator of Pain"
The summer of 2007 saw the fallout between Shane Douglas and TNA. After which “The Franchise” traveled the independent circuit, but always thought the product wasn’t good enough. During a show in Phoenix he met up with a couple of old friends Justin Credible and (X-Pac) Sean Waltman. They talked about what a good promotion should have and that they could do it with the right people. The seed was planted. Douglas, Waltman, and Credible started calling everyone they knew trying to see who wasn’t happy with their current contracts and who were without contracts. Fast-forward a year to the fall of 2008 and a new promotion is born the XWF. The roster consists of both younger and older wrestlers, but one thing is constant. That is the desire and passion for the wrestling business that surpasses any other group of talent.

Schiavone:Hello folks and welcome to the debut of the XWF on TNT. Hello my name is Tony Schiavone and alongside me are two men that I have a great deal of respect for Larry Zybisco and the former voice of Extreme Championship Wrestling Joey Styles. Let’s get right to the action shall we. The first match of the night in a Fatal Four-way Ladder Tag Match with the tag titles on the line.

MATCH #1: FATAL FOUR-WAY TAG TITLE LADDER MATCH
X-Factor (X-Pac & Justin Credible)
VS.
2-Live Krew (Ron "The Truth" Killings & B.G. James)
VS.
The Jersey Boys (Kanyon and D.D.P.)
VS.
The Hardy Boyz (Jeff & Matt Hardy)

This match strongly suited the Hardys and it showed early with Matt and Jeff utilizing the ladders as springboards launching themselves both around and outside of the ring onto their opponents. 2LK and the Jersey Boys used their veteran wrestling knowledge to try to ground all of the high fliers and it started to work about halfway through when The Truth and Kayon teamed up to grab a ladder and started running over the Hardys and X-factor. After which they started fighting each other until James through DDP into Kayon forcing them both outside of the ring. X-Factor was completely laid out and only the Hardy Boyz and 2LK were left standing. They each raced up parallel ladders and once the top Jeff jumped from his and gave a missile dropkick to the opposing ladder forcing it and 2LK to fall to the ground in a heap of destruction. Matt Hardy then was about to jump from his ladder, but his foot was grabbed by X-Pac. X-Pac power bombed Matt off the ladder and that allowed his partner Justin Credible to climb up and grab the titles.
Winner and New XWF Tag Champions: X-Factor

Styles: OH MY GOD!! That match was just insane. I had heard about the TLC matches and Table Matches that the Hardys had gone through in the WWE, but this was just plain crazy. I guess you just don’t know what these men are capable of until you see it in person. All the credit in the world goes to X-Pac and Credible they picked their spot, seized the moment, and now they are champions.

Zybisco: All four teams put on an amazing match and I tip my hat to all of them. However, there can only be one team crowned the champions. X-Factor did a great job and they deserve the win.

Schiavone: Ok, on to our next match. This match is to crown the XWF Intercontinental and Television Champions. To do this we will have a Three-Way Elimination Match. The first person eliminated gets nothing. The second person eliminated gets the Television Title, and the last man standing gets the IC title. So let’s take it to the ring!

MATCH #2: THREE WAY ELIMINATION IC & TV TITLE MATCH (NO DQ)
"The Innovator of Violence" Tommy Dreamer
VS
Gregory Helms
VS
"The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels

Dreamer and Helms team up early on in the match to really put a beating on Daniels. Once Daniels rolls to the outside Helms drops Dreamer on his head with a Vertabreaker for a near fall. Helms shifts the offense into high gear on Dreamer until Daniels gets back in the action delivering hard clotheslines on both men and then a standing leg drop on Helms. As Dreamer gets up Daniels turns him around and delivers his patented Angel Wings finisher but Helms pushes Daniels to the outside and covers Dreamer for the first elimination and the TV Title. However, his victory was short lived due to the fact he forgot the match continues now for the IC belt. Helms fired away with a barrage of punches to Daniels finishing up with a hard Irish whip into the corner. Helms charged Daniels and executed a sick looking Shining Wizard to the prone Daniels. As Daniels staggered out of the corner Helms went for another Vertabreaker, but Daniels broke free, spun Helms around, and delivered a STO. He then dragged Helm’s body to the corner where he hit the B.M.E. for the win.
Winner and New XWF Intercontinental Champion: "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels

Runner-up and New XWF Television Champion: Gregory Helms

Zybisco: Although Dreamer goes away empty handed you have to believe he'll be right back in the thick of things before you know it. The Fallen Angel showed great resiliency and wrestling skill in winning this match. If you’re Helms you may have lost the match but you’re still a champion. He has a lot of talent we just have to see what he does with it.

Styles: I've known Dreamer for a lot of years and let me tell you he is one of the most passionate people in this business and he won't stop until he has gold around his waist.

Schiavone: Before our last match our CEO has something to say. Let's go to the stage for his announcement.

The Franchise: This is one of the best days of my life! I have always imagined a place where men gave 100% every second of every match for YOU the fans. I would love to be in that ring battling it out with them for the right to be called the best in this business. However be that as it may I am proud of the performances that each individual has given tonight. But WE ARE NOT DONE YET!! The XWF Heavyweight Title does not have a home and that is problem that will be rectified. I want every wrestler that has not participated in a match to go to the ring now!

The rest of the locker-room comes through the curtain and gets into the ring.

The Franchise: I have brought you all to the XWF because you all have a passion for this industry like I had when I was wrestling. Now for the last match of the evening. It is a No disqualification Over-the-Top-Rope Elimination Battle Royal that begins........NOW!

MATCH #3 OVER-THE-TOP-ROPE BATTLE ROYAL FOR THE XWF HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE (NO DQ)
Bubba Ray Dudley VS Lance Storm VS Disco Inferno VS Chuck Palumbo VS Kevin Nash VS "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn VS Batista VS Elijah Burk VS Psycho Sid VS Kane VS Juventud Guerra VS Shelton Benjamin VS Psychosis VS "HBK" Shawn Michaels VS Sabu VS "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal VS D-Von Dudley

Everyone is attacking everyone in a sea of madness and chaos. All of a sudden a body goes flying over the top rope and crashes to the floor and it’s Juventud Guerra. HBK and Billy Gunn join forces to eliminate Batista. Nash makes short work of Jay Lethal and Kane press slams Disco over the top rope for the elimination. Sid and Kane then simultaneously take out both bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley. Pychosis and Sabu join forces to eliminate both Shelton Benjamin and Chuck Palumbo. Burk then capitalizes by eliminating Psychosis and Sabu with a double clothesline with their backs to him. Lance Storm hits Burk with a super kick that sends him over the top for the elimination, but this feat would be short lived when he gets eliminated himself from a vicious clothesline from Kane. Sid and Gunn team up to eliminate Kevin Nash, but then shortly afterward Sid turns on Gunn and eliminates him. Once it is down to the final three this actually starts to look something like a wrestling match. HBK and Sid decide to form a temporary alliance to take out Kane. However, Kane fights back and avoids elimination with a combination of elbows and right hands. Now Kane and Sid are duking it out in the middle of the ring both firing rights and lefts. HBK receives a chair from non other than Big Sexy and puts it to use hitting Kane right between the eyes sending him over the top rope for the elimination. Michaels then goes to duplicate his previous action on Sid. Sid ducks the chair shot and sets Michaels up for his Power Bomb finisher. Out of nowhere X-Pac and Justin Credible attack Sid from behind. Sid regains the upper hand on the two smaller men and clears them from the ring only to turn around and catch Sweet Chin Music and be eliminated.
Winner and new XWF Heavyweight Champion: "The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels

Nash and X-Factor join Michaels in the ring for the celebration. Michaels grabs a mic.

Shawn Michaels: The Icon, the Showstopper, the Main Eventer has once again showed why I am the best in this business. I would also like to serve notice The Cliq is back and we are stronger than ever. Nobody in that locker-room or for that matter on this planet can stop us.

Nash:If anyone knows me they know that I only associate myself with the best and here is no exception. As in times past if anyone wants a piece of HBK they have to go through Big Sexy first.

X-Pac: JC and I only know two things: Fun and Violence. As your Tag Team Champions we promise to be as violent as humanly possible and trust me. We will have plenty of fun kicking anybody's ass that wants to cross us. Am I forgetting anything guys??

He looks around to the others they all start shaking their heads no, but then HBK whispers something in X-Pac's Ear.

X-Pac: Oh yeah...IF YOU'RE NOT DOWN WITH THAT WE GOT TWO WORDS FOR YA!!!!!

Audience: SUCK IT!!!!!

Schiavone: Well, you heard it here first. The Cliq has reunited in the XWF and we will have to see who rises up to knock them off the top of the mountain. For my friends Joey Styles and Larry Zybisco good night from Phoenix!

SUMMARY
X-Factor wins the Tag Titles in a Ladder Match
Gregory Helms wins the Television Title Via Pin Fall over Tommy Dreamer
Christopher Daniels wins the Intercontinental Title Via Pin Fall over Gregory Helms
Shawn Michaels wins the Heavyweight Title by winning the Battle Royal

nice show but maybe you could like change the colors of the match titles like
this
and maybe when people talk like have their names underlined or color changed like
Styles:Blue
Schiavone: Green
or bold it
nice show though

Pretty decent first show. The roster is pretty good, and the matches are good too. You may want to add maybe another match or 2, but like I said a good job, and I like the kliq idea. I find it cool with HBK being the leader and with X-Pac, kinda like a new d-x!

sorry about the lack of organization. I was kind of trying to get the belt situation out of the way first. However I weant back and made things more reader friendly. I will be doing 1 show a week with a PPV on the Sunday of every month.
