WZCW Sig - Noah Ryder

Hi there, I need someone to make me a new sig for my WZCW character Noah Ryder. His character pic is Tye Dillinger. Currently in WZCW we are running our Unscripted PPV, which is basically like WWE's Cyber Sunday. I'm in a match where the fans can vote for me to compete against another wrestler. I'd like this sig to look like an election campaign sticker. I'd like it to be round, with a picture of Tye Dillinger in the middle. The words "Vote Noah Ryder" need to be on there, as well I'd like it if the words "WZCW" be on there in smaller font, or if not that our logo.
