WZCW Prediction League

Only using Meltdown and Ascension matches, since some Aftershock guest-writers already know the results, I am going to start this on-going prediction league. Each round, anyone who wants to participate can take part in predicting who will win in each of the matches. The only way to gain an advantage is to actually read the RPs and judge for yourself. Otherwise, feel free to vote blindly on most of them like I will do.

Here is how we will go ahead do things, unless a better system can be presented. We will have three titles:

WZCWPL World Title
WZCWPL Mid-Card Title
WZCWPL Tag-Team Titles

The titles will be defended at every PPV, unless noted otherwise. For the special edition of the opening round; I will go ahead and award titles to the top four in a wild-card event. The top predictor will be crowned the world, second will be mid-card, and the third and fourth will be tag-team champions.

I will keep tally of points each round. The higher the points you get, the more likely you will be able to compete for a title that PPV.

What I did:

There was a tie for fourth place, so I gave it to whoever predicted the most matches. Here is how the title shots will work. After the next round, whoever has the highest point total out of the this round and last will be given a world title shot at the Redemption round. Since the system is new, I will give a mid-card title shot to whoever highest point total for the next round solely. To be fair, if either Ty, Funnyhowfactswork, or Dynamite get the highest overall point total, I will give them the World Title shot and vacate their title.

I encourage everyone who didn't compete this last round to do so next round. I will post the template once the next deadline is over. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

I'll spice it up and say one person who has the second high-est point total over the two rounds and another person who has the second/third highest total from just the next round solely.

It'll make sense once I calculate the points. I'll make sure that we pretty much have the best predictor over the two rounds collectively facing for the title, the best predictor from the upcoming round facing for the mid-card, and the next best two getting a tag title shot.
