WWe footage in AAA

I watched triplemania recently and when Bobby Lashley came out his video package had several shots of him wrestling in wwe, there was even a shot of him holding the ecw championship.

Did AAA get permission to use the footage or did they just use it anyway. I have no idea, what do you think?

not an intended attack... but anyways, I think they do this all the time... when Sean Waltman was wrestling there , he was using the DX entrance, all with pyro and stuff... the same for scott steiner, scott hall, sabu, etc...

I belive Mexican laws are more relaxed, as they allow you to use some footage by adding a small legend on a corner that says "crestomatia", and if it's not a complete program, you are not breaking any copyright law...

Well since it was suggested...

I'd assume it would be that either a) WWE can't do much about it, b) They credited WWE for the footage.
