WWE: 2013 and Beyond - Presented by TSG

It's time for the WWE to shake things up again! At Wrestlemania 29, after defeating The Rock, John Cena was celebrating when The Rock confronted him - before shaking his hand. He took the mic and announced that he was taking time off, and may or may not be back. He said he's glad that he and John could end it, and announced his gaining of mutual respect for Cena, which Cena acknowledged back. It was seen as the changing of the guard, finally. However, this was far from the biggest announcement. Vincent K. McMahon and Triple H made their way to the ring, Triple H still battered from his match with Brock Lesnar earlier that evening. They announced that they were shaking things up again, and it was time for a change. Triple H would be taking his full-time position as Chief Operating Officer and would preside and the governing power over RAW and Smackdown, eliminating General Managers. Also, major roster cuts would be made the next day, and RAW would be reduced to 2 hours again. The World Heavyweight Championship and United States championships would be retired, with only the original WWE titles remaining. The former US and World Champion, if still employed after the roster cuts, would be given a shot at the title. Vince thanked the fans for coming out tonight and making Wrestlemania the spectacle it is, and wished them all safe trips home.

The following list of talent has been released from the WWE. The rest of superstars no longer on the main roster, not on this list, will work in NXT, which will now have a two-hour program each week, as well as sporadic house show events. These talents will work to better the younger stars in developmental as well as increase their own skills, and may be called to the main roster to compete in sporadic matches as needed, and may be called to the main roster permanently if space opens up, or they impress.
