WWE 2010: A New Generation Is Coming.

We come back from commercial and the cameras cut to a dark corner of the backstage area where we see Curt Hawkins sitting until the camera focuses in on him. At which time he pulls himself up with his cane and leans against the wall.

Hawkins: The days of me being irrelevant are over. Next week is a brand new beginning of Curt Hawkins. Oh and I'll be bringing a "little friend" with me.

Hawkins smirks to the camera before shoving the camera out of his face as we cut back to the ring where Justin Roberts has a mic in hand for our next match of the evening.

Roberts: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Tampa, Florida weighing in at 441 pounds, Big Show!

**Crank It Up**

The fans boo as one half of the former tag team champions, Big Show walks out onto the stage and clearly he's in a foul mood tonight as he walks straight down the ramp quickly. Show pulls himself onto the ring apron and steps over the top rope. As his music cuts he backs into the corner and stares down the entrance ramp.

Roberts: And his opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada weighing in at 241 pounds he is the NEW World Heavyweight Champion, The Rated R Superstar Edge!

**Metalingus**

The fans give a HUGE pop as Edge walks out onto the stage and he is all smiles tonight after finally getting his revenge on Chris Jericho last night. Edge does his usual motion on the stage before walking down to the top of the ramp and striking his signature pose to set off his array of pyro behind him. Edge now starts walking down the ramp as Show stares a hole in him. Edge unstraps the title from his waist and then charges into the ring and slides under the bottom rope, looking up at Show with a grin on his face. Edge now climbs up to the top turnbuckle and poses with the title held high over his head as he slides his trench coat off and tosses it out of the ring before handing his title over to the referee, who it turn gives it to Roberts as he exits the ring.

**The Bell Rings**
Match #5
Big Show vs Edge (c)

The match begins and both men walk into the middle of the ring and lock up. Show gets the early advantage by easily backing Edge into the corner and connecting with a big body blow on him as Edge doubles over, but Show pulls him up right in the corner as the fans go silent. Show raises his hand to chop Edge, but instead he kicks him in the knee that Jericho tore apart last night! Edge drops as Show walks onto the banged up leg and stands there for the full 4 count before stepping off as the referee yells at him.

Edge pulls himself into the ropes and gets to his feet, only for Show to charge forward and hit a big running punch to the gut! Edge stumbles away from the ropes as Show waits for him to reach the middle of the ring, then takes out the knee with a big chopblock! Edge is down again and this match is not going at all the way anybody expected it! Edge is holding his knee as Show swats his hands away with his massive paws and then drops a massive elbow onto the injured knee!

Edge rolls around in pain as Show grabs onto his leg and drags him in close to him, then lifts Edge off the mat by his leg, only to slam him down hard on the mat knee first! Show laughs at the pain hes causing Edge tonight as Edge finally escapes the grasp of the giant and crawls into the corner. Show stays on the attack though as he walks to the corner, but Edge hits a kick to the leg out of desperation but it gives him time to get to his feet. Show comes right back at Edge in the corner but this time he gets nailed with a right hand followed quickly by another one and the fans are showing signs of life as Edge hits a clothesline on Show with no effect!

Edge is in shock at Show shrugging off the clothesline so he bounces off the ropes, only for Show to swat him down with a big open chop to the chest! The fans again go silent as their hero rolls out onto the ring apron and Show stands back, just waiting to strike once his opponent rises. Edge slowly begins to pull himself to his feet on the ring apron by using the ropes as Show loads up his fist and it looks like he might be going for the KO Punch once Edge has risen! Edge finally is on his feet and here comes the giant charging forward for the KO Punch, but Edge ducks! Edge avoided being knocked out as Show's arm hangs over the ropes and Edge now jumps off the apron, snapping the arm of Show off the ropes in the process!

Show stumbles backwards as Edge slides in under the bottom rope and charges towards Show, drilling him in the chest with a big running kick that FINALLY knocks Show off his feet! Edge now backs into the nearest corner and squats down and it looks like he plans to put an end to this one as the fans begin chanting "SPEAR!" as Show slowly stumbles to his feet. Edge is now bouncing up and down in the corner as Show is on his feet and turns around into a charging Edge, but Show drops him with a big boot to the face! Edge is laid out and Show covers him for the pin!

1....
2...
NO! Edge kicks out!

The fans ROAR to life as Edge shoots his shoulder into the air and Show is in shock! He thought that kick may have knocked The Rated R Superstar out! Show yells at the referee for not counting fast enough as Edge still hasn't moved after kicking out of the pin. Show finally turns his attention back to his opponent and slowly drags him up to his feet as Edge is stumbling and barely standing. Show now raises his fist into the air, but just as he does Edge kicks him in the gut and drops him with a DDT! Edge has the best chance to win yet as he covers Show and this one could be over!

1...
2...
NO! Show powers out!

Edge goes flying across the ring as Big Show gets to his feet and Edge is in shock at that Show was able to do that! Edge gets to his feet as Show charges forward-looking to take out the champ once and for all, but Edge pulls down the top rope and Show goes flying over the top rope and to the floor! Edge waits for Show to get up then hits him with a baseball slide dropkick which knocks Show back into the announce table and Edge stands back daring his opponent to enter the ring!

Show is furious now and he slides into the ring and charges towards Edge, but Edge sidesteps and Show's clothesline connects with nothing but air and Edge dropkicks Show in the back to send him stumbling into the ropes, which he bounces off and then turns around, RIGHT INTO A HUGE RUNNING SPEAR! THE SPEAR CONNECTS! Edge hooks the leg and this one HAS to be over!

2....
3!

Roberts: Here's your winner, the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge!

**Metalingus**

Edge stands up and begins celebrating as the fans cheer loudly as Edge has overcome the odds and defeated Big Show to earn Smackdown a draft pick. Edge stands up and looks at the titantron where the randomizer has begun to decide who will get drafted.

**On Your Knees**

The fans boo as Jack Swagger walks out onto the stage and he stares down Edge who holds up his championship while Swagger makes a motion that gold will be around his waist soon as we go to commercial.

We come back from commercial and the cameras go to the ring where Justin Roberts is standing with a mic as were onto the next draft match of the night.

Roberts: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from San Juan, Puerto Rico at a combined weight of 432 pounds, accompanied by Carlito and Ivelisse Velez, the team of Primo and Epico, The Latin Invasion!

**Enchanted Isle**

The fans boo as the newest stable in WWE, The Latin Invasion all walk out onto the stage together with Primo and Epico leading the way down the ramp with Velez between them and Carlito walking behind them. They reach the bototm of the ramp where Primo and Epico jump onto the ring apron at the same time while Carlito walks around ringside and Velez follows Carlito. Primo and Epico now jump over the top rope and up to the top turnbuckle as their music cuts with them glaring at the fans in the arena tonight.

Roberts: Their opponents, at a combined weight of 445 pounds, the team of Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith, The Hart Dynasty!

**Return Of The Hitman**

The fans give a nice pop as all three members of The Hart Dynasty walk out onto the stage with Natayla leading them down the ramp and their newly won Unified Tag Team Championships over their shoulders. The trio make their way down the ramp quickly as The Latin Invasion stare them down. Kidd and Smith now walk up the steps and to the center of the ring apron before pulling Natayla up onto the ring apron and the trio enter. Kidd and Smith jump up to the top turnbuckles as Natayla points to her clinets before exiting the ring as the tag champs back into their corner.

**The Bell Rings**
Match #6
The Latin Invasion w/ Carlito & Ivelisse Velez vs The Hart Dynasty

The match begins with Primo and Tyson Kidd starting for their respective teams and they lock up center ring. Primo knees Kidd in the ribs to take the early advantage before clubbing him over the back as the fans boo for the cheap shot. Primo drags Kidd into the corner of The Latin Invasion and makes the tag to Epico who hops into the ring over the top rope before the two connect with a double suplex taking down Kidd in the middle of the ring as Epico hooks the leg on the pin.

1...
NO! Kidd kicks out!

Epico applies a side headlock on Kidd as Kidd is stomping his foot on the mat while in the sitting position. Epico twists the head of Kidd who slowly begins to fight to his feet, but Epico let's go of the hold and throws him backwards sending Kidd hard into the corner! Epico now charges forward and hits a corner dropkick to the chest of Kidd who stumbles out of the corner and hits a nice dropkick to take Kidd down! Epico tags in Primo as Kidd gets dragged to his feet by Epico, who throws Kidd face first into the raised boots of Primo as Kidd goes down!

Primo climbs up to the top turnbuckle as Epico puts Kidd spine first on his knees as Primo dives off the top and takes out Kidd with diving knees to the ribs of Kidd! Kidd rolls away as Primo goes for a running leg drop, and it hits! Primo now rolls Kidd away from his partner and hooks the leg for the pin.

1...
2...
NO! Kidd kicks out!

Primo stays on top of Kidd as he fires away with lefts and rights to the face of Kidd before standing up and going for a jumping leg drop, but Kidd rolls out-of-the-way and makes the tag to David Hart Smith as Primo lands hard on the mat! Smith enters the ring and right away hits a low dropkick to the face of Primo taking him down but Smith bounces back up to his feet and charges at Epico and knocks him off the ring apron with a big right hand! Primo gets back to his feet but Smith takes him right back down with a running shoulder block! Smith is on fire here!

Smith pulls Primo up to his feet and scoops him up onto his shoulders and then connects with a running powerslam as Primo rolls around in pain as Epico charges into the ring and towards Smith, but Kidd enters the ring and blasts him with a running dropkick that sends him flying through the middle rope! Carlito and Velez begin to panic as The Hart Dynasty begin to close in on the victory as Smith lifts Primo up over his head and Kidd jumps up onto the top rope from the ring apron.....NO! Velez jumps onto the ring apron and low blows Kidd which causes him to smash his face off the ring apron! Kidd goes down as Velez laughs, but Natayla runs towards her and takes her out with a spear! Chaos has ensued as Natayla is attacking Velez, Kidd and Epico are both down but in the ring Primo rakes the eyes of Smith to escape his clutches!

Smith stumbles backwards as Carlito jumps onto the ring apron as Smith stumbles over to the ropes while Primo distracts the referee and Carlito snaps the neck of Smith off the ropes! Smith is holding his throat in pain as he stumbles backwards but Primo grabs onto him and takes him down with a big Backstabber! Primo hits the Backstabber and hooks the leg for the pin and this one has gotta be over!

3!

Roberts: Here's your winners, the team of Primo and Epico, The Latin Invasion!

**Enchanted Isle**

The fans boo loudly as Primo bails from the ring quickly as Tyson Kidd slides into the ring to check on his partner but the big story here is The Latin Invasion have pinned the tag team champions! **Break The Walls Down**

Cole: YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!

King: I don't like the guy personally but WOW! This is a huge draft pick for Raw tonight!

The fans boo as Chris Jericho walks out onto the stage in a suit and just glares at the fans who boo him as The Latin Invasion don't seem too worried at the bottom of the ramp over this pick as they walk up the ramp and pass by Jericho, who just glares at them as they go before going backstage himself.

However we don't cut into commercial and instead the fans come alive at the sound of...

**Sexy Boy**

The fans are on their feet cheering as the General Manager of RAW, Shawn Michaels walks out onto the stage in jeans, a red button up shirt and cowboy hat as he walks down the ramp with a mic in his right hand. The Hart Dynasty have now risen to their feet as they get handed their tag team titles from a ring crew worker as Shawn Michaels enters the ring and shakes hands with all three of them. The trio start walking towards the ropes to tell HBK the ring is his but he reaches his hand out to stop them as his music cuts.

Michaels: Woah hang on I came out here to talk to you guys.

The Hart Dynasty stop as they walk back into the middle of the ring as the fans are wondering what this could be about.

Michaels: First off, tough loss guys but congrats on winning the Unified Tag Team Championships last night at Extreme Rules. I was pulling for you guys in that match so i'm glad you won.

Kidd and Smith smile and pat their titles as the fans clap.

Michaels: But that brings me to the reason I'm out here now, you see me and Teddy Long have talked it over all night and well, as of now you guys are no longer the Unified Tag Team Champions!

The trio seems in shock as the fans begin to boo but most of them are confused and waiting to see what Michaels is going to say next.

Michaels: Don't worry its nothing bad, the reason you're not the Unified Tag Team Champions is because as of now the tag titles have been UN-UNIFIED!

The fans pop for this as Kidd and Smith are also unsure how to react as they wonder what's to come next.

Michaels: Since you guys are Smackdown superstars you have a big decision to make... I'm going to let you guys choose now if you wanna be the WWE Tag Team Champions or the World Tag Team Champions. Keep in mind whichever you choose will be yours no matter what happens with the rest of the draft and the other set of titles will belong to whichever brand you guys don't end up on. So what will it be gentleman?

The trio talk things over quickly before taking the titles off their shoulders and unhooking them, Kidd then asks for the mic which Michaels happily gives him.

Kidd: Well Shawn, after talking it over we decided that we wanna represent WWE as best we can, and the best way to do that is by being the WWE Tag Team Champions!

The fans give a small pop for this as Kidd and Smith hand over the World Tag Team Championships to Michaels, who puts them on his shoulders and then shakes hands with all three members of the group as we go to commercial but first we get word that right after the break will be our main event of the evening, a 10 man over the top rope battle royal for 2 draft picks!
We come back from commercial and the cameras go to the ring where we see the 5 men who will represent Monday Night Raw in the battle royal for 2 drafts picks already in the ring sporting red RAW shirts. After a minute we can see these 5 men are WWE Champion John Cena, William Regal, Evan Bourne, Randy Orton and one of tonight's draft picks, John Morrison walking around the ring waiting to see who will represent Smackdown.

**Let It Roll**

The fans give a nice pop as Smackdown's representatives in the battle royal walk out onto the stage and we can see the superstars are JTG, Shad, Matt Hardy and Kane with Kane leading the group to the ring, which oddly enough seems to be missing someone. The 4 superstars reach the bottom of the ramp as they all enter the ring and everybody seems confused why Smackdown is down 1 superstar, that is until we hear...

**This Fire Burns**

The fans boo loudly as The Straightedge Savior himself, CM Punk walks out onto the stage in a blue Smackdown shirt and it seems he's the final man in the battle royal tonight and is egotistical enough to refuse to come out with his fellow Smackdown superstars. Punk quickly walks down the ramp as the 9 stars in the ring stare him down. Punk now climbs through the ropes and walks into the middle of the ring and raises his fist into the air to taunt the Raw stars, which causes the 5 of them to jump him before the bell and the fight is on!

**The Bell Rings**
Match #7
10 Man Dual Branded Battle Royal
Team RAW (John Cena, John Morrison, William Regal, Evan Bourne, Randy Orton) vs Team Smackdown (CM Punk, Kane, Shad, JTG, Matt Hardy)

All hell has broken loose in the ring as Punk got beaten down down to the mat but now his fellow Smackdown stars join in the fight and pair off with a member of Raw to fight. Kane is being double teamed by Cena and Bourne as they attempt to lift him over the top rope, but he fights it off quickly. Punk now gets to his feet as Regal gets taken down by Shad who flexes his muscles before putting the boots to Regal against the ropes.

Punk looks around before seeing Kane pop Cena with an uppercut, and BAM! Punk drops Cena with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head! Cena is down as Evan gets turned around by a punch from Kane and Punk scoops Evan up and tries to dump him out of the ring, but Evan slides down his back and hits a jumping knee to the skull of Punk knocking him into the ropes! Evan charges towards Punk looking for the elimination, but Punk pulls down the top rope and Evan flies out onto the ring apron!

Punk thinks he's eliminated Evan so he begins exchanging blows with Cena as Shad and JTG lock eyes with each other and Shad flexes and dares JTG to come at him, and JTG needs no further daring as he charges forward and now the two former tag partners begin brawling just 24 hours after they had a brutal parking lot brawl! Evan gets to his feet on the ring apron and jumps onto the top rope, but Kane charges forward and drills Evan with a big boot to the skull that knocks Evan off the top rope and to the floor! We have our first elimination and its a RAW superstar!

Kane laughs as Evan rolls around on the floor holding his jaw but Randy Orton tackles Kane and they begin brawling! Meanwhile on the other side of the ring, JTG and Shad have fought into the ropes as JTG dropkicks Shad through the middle rope and onto the ring apron. Shad gets to his feet on the ring apron and ducks a punch from his former partner and pops him with one of his own! Shad now puts a front facelock on JTG and pulls him onto the ring apron and this could be bad for Smackdown as two of its superstars are exchanging blows on the ring apron trying to drop each other! William Regal sees this and being the crafty veteran he is, he charges forward and blasts both guys with forearms to the skull and both Shad and JTG fly off the ring apron, eliminated from this match! RAW has just gained the advantage in this match!

JTG and Shad get to their feet on the floor and they realize they were eliminated from the match, so they begin brawling and head up the ramp brawling and end up fighting to the back! Regal turns around after getting a big double elimination, and right away he's taken down by a Side Effect from Matt Hardy! Hardy gets up but right away he's back down as John Morrison shoots off the ropes and drills him with the Flash Kick! Morrison gets back to his feet and he turns around, right into a Chokeslam from Kane! Kane however gets spun around by Cena who lifts him up onto his shoulders and connects with the Attitude Adjustment but Kane bounces right back up, only for Orton to take him out with a big RKO!

Kane is down as Orton and Cena lock eyes and just when it looks like they are about to begin fighting, both get jumped by Matt Hardy and CM Punk! Punk is fighting with Orton while Hardy fights Cena. William Regal has rolled out of the ring under the bottom rope to catch a breather as Morrison gets to his feet and sees Kane down so he charges towards the turnbuckles nearest him and jumps off them, connecting with Starship Pain to the big man! Kane has been hit with 3 finishers in the span of about 3 minutes as Morrison gets to his feet and rolls Kane to the ropes, this could be huge trouble for Smackdown if he gets the elimination!

Morrison pulls Kane up and begins to try to lift him over the top rope, but Kane is dead weight which makes it hard for the smaller man to do. Meanwhile Hardy has Cena fighting for his life on the top turnbuckle while Hardy pounds on his back to try to weaken him. Orton has Punk in the ropes and charges forward going for a big elimination, but Punk scoops Orton up onto his shoulders! Punk has caught Orton to save himself and then he drops Orton with the GTS as Orton falls over the top rope and onto the ring apron. Punk waits for Orton to get up and drills him with a roundhouse kick that knocks him off the ring apron and to the floor!

The fans boo loudly as Punk has scored a huge elimination and outstretches his arms to soak in the boos from the fans. Punk begins taunting the fans as Regal slides into the ring and charges forward, throwing Punk over the top rope but Punk hangs onto the bottom rope to avoid being eliminated! Regal turns his attention to Hardy who has given up on eliminating Cena and Regal drills him with a Running Knee Lift! Regal drags Hardy to his feet as Hardy seems to be in a daze and Regal charges towards the ropes and throws Hardy over the top rope and to the floor! Matt Hardy has been eliminated!

Punk rolls into the ring under the bottom rope just as Smackdown is now down to 2 superstars fighting for the 2 final draft picks of the night. Kane gets to his feet in the middle of the ring as Cena slides down into the ring off the top turnbuckle and Kane charges him and connects with a big clothesline! Kane turns around and Morrison connects with the flash kick to the skull as Kane turns around and Regal charges forward-looking for a big running knee, but Kane moves out-of-the-way and Morrison gets blindsided by the charging Regal! Kane waits for Regal to turn around then he blasts him with a big boot that sends him flying over the top rope and to the floor! Just like that were down to 4 superstars in this battle royal!

Morrison is still laid out as Punk is standing back and letting the monster do the work as Cena begins connecting with lefts and rights to the jaw of Kane before bouncing off the ropes and taking down Kane with a big shoulder block! Cena shoots off the opposite side of the ropes just as Kane gets up and Cena hits another big shoulder block! Cena waits for Kane to get up then lifts him up, and drops him with a spin out powerbomb right in the middle of the ring! Cena is on fire as Kane is laid out and Cena bounces off the ropes, but before he can hit his five knuckle shuffle, Punk takes him down with a running clothesline! Punk pulls Kane to his feet and points the two men out to him and tells him to destroy them, but Kane grabs Punk by the throat and then Chokeslams him!

Kane clearly doesn't like being told what to do as Punk rolls out of the ring and is laid out outside the ring as Kane sees Morrison pulling himself up with the ropes, only for Kane to charge forward and clothesline him over the top rope and take him out! John Morrison put on a great effort tonight but alas he's still been eliminated leaving John Cena is the only man left standing for RAW! Cena gets to his feet and he locks eyes with Kane after seeing Morrison stumbling to his feet on the floor and he realizes he's now alone so he attacks Kane with punches and kicks in a desperate attempt to get the elimination!

Cena knocks Kane into the ropes and hits a big clothesline, but that only knocks Kane onto the ring apron!Cena pulls Kane to his feet on the ring apron as Punk gets to his feet on the floor and he realizes only Kane and Cena remain in the match besides him so he rolls into the ring just as Cena lifts Kane onto his shoulders and then hits the Attitude Adjustment to eliminate Kane! Kane has been eliminated as Cena does the you can't see me taunt to him, but Punk charges forward and lifts Cena up and throws him to the floor and we have a winning brand finally!

Roberts: John Cena has been eliminated which means that the winning brand that has earned 2 draft picks is Friday Night Smackdown!

**This Fire Burns**

CM Punk celebrates as Cena holds his head in his hands on the floor as Punk celebrates his victory as the draft randomizer begins for the first of two picks for Smackdown. The randomizer slows down and finally lands on....

Cole: RAW JUST LOST THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP!

King: I can't believe it!

John Cena stands up and is in shock as he realizes he's no longer a member of Monday Night Raw, the show he's been the heart and soul of for years! Punk even seems surprised but then a grin crosses his face as he realizes that now BOTH world champions are on his brand which betters his odds of winning one of the titles and Raw goes off the air with John Cena being handed his WWE Title and having a stare down with CM Punk!

OOC: Wow! Glad to get this show done and it turned out better than I thought it would! A HUGE thanks to NotoriousMEAT for making these incredible draft pick graphics and we look forward to picking up steam from here. The supplemental draft results will be up later this week which will give you guys a real good clue as to where things will go from here.

 • Hello Rated R. Now, I know that your not my biggest, fan or supported but I am trying to get into this section by introducing a new lease of light into the Book this reviewing section, Some good threads going on so I am hoping to read a good one here. I really like WWE Draft's so I'm sure this will be good.
 • Bit of a short promo from John Cena their. He only said three things. He said that he was out their to talk about the Extreme Match however after only a sentance he went back to talking about the draft. What was he out their for? The Extreme Rules match or the draft? It seems like Cena came out just for the sake of being their. His promo didn't add anything to him. I mean you could have even had Orton or Batista come down to the ring. Not really sure about using the word "bails" because it conjours up images of him sort of running away from something. If you want him to leave the ring fast maybe say something like he makes haste?
 • The match was very good for Christian and Dolph Ziggler. It was a good opener for the show which is good. Just a few spacing mistakes though that I spotted. Here are some of them. "Zigglertaking", "Zigglerspins", "Zigglernow" and "skull!Ziggler" Not much of a problem but you might just want to double check it before you post it. Nice first draft pick with John Morrison coming to RAW. Did you make the grafic by the way? They seem very good and professional.
 • This was a meh match as their wasn't really anything special about it. Not a problem on your part as working with Khali must be hard to do. I'm sure. Few spelling and spacing mistakes here too. Some that I saw were "riases", "Khaligasp" and "Khalibegins" Once again, I can only suggest reading over your work to make sure silly mistakes like that doesn't happen. It was an alright post match attack that took place. When the randomizer started I thought it would be a big face guy to come out and stop Mark Henry. Curt Hawkins? I'd like to see where you take him in this booker. I don't think he is world title material but he could be strong in the midcard for sure. Just one more mistake I saw and it's a spacing mistake again as you said "toKhali".
 • Nice thing with Miz and Michaels their. Like the detail that you added here with things like "Miz looks annoyed at the delay." Very nice and it adds something extra to the segment. Another mistake in the entrance as you have it saying "heunhooks"
 • Nice match up their with Shelton and Miz. Both champions looked strong. Although the IC Champion won, the Us Champ doesn't look weak. Nice that their wasn't many mistakes in this good job man. Oooh, Sheamus is coming over to Smackdown. That should be good to see as well. Wonder where this whole "Sheamus not their" thing goes. I'm predicting he is backstage and he is going to jump the IC Champ? Right, he wasn't their due to the brutal LMS match. Thanks for clearing that up. Not sure on my opinion with the four man commentry team. JR, Striker, Cole and King?
 • Nice emotion showed by Gail Kim talking about her victory and her history which was a nice thing to see. And the Sociaty interupt her. Such a shame they cut her off. So guess were getting Kim v. Serena. For a divas match, it was a rather good one. Few mistakes here like "uponto" Oh and I like how you have added the Go to sleep to Serena's moveset. Just wondering, this isn't a big deal but with the Diva's match were only the Diva's aloud to be drafted? No big deal though. Glad to see Michelle coming over. She could add a great deal of competiton. Only problem is now Lay-cool is broken up and Smackdown hasn't got a champion for their women division.
 • Nice little... promo, well couple of sentances from Curt Hawkins their. Like this serious Curt and hopefully you can make him a big deal. With the little friend part I sence he will be in the tag team division. Should be interesting to see who his friend is looking forward to that.
 • Once again like other matches in your booker, match writing is right up their with your strengths. Like the back and forth action between Show and Edge. Nice ending too, that spear came out of no where and they are the best ones. Agreed with the winner as having Edge as the new world champion means he needs some big wins. Hey, that's an interesting feud. Edge v. Jack Swagger or the world title? Like the motion from him too.
 • Nice tag team match with Primo and Epico getting a big victory over the Hart Dynasty. I can see why you did it, so that they look like credible challengers. That would be a good match to read for the Tag titles. Maybe at Judgement Day? Even nicer bringing Chris Jericho over to Monday Night RAW. Not really sure what happens. Why would they go to commercial?? No one said they were going to commercial. Maybe if the commentator said we will be back soon don't go anywhere it would have made more sence. Not really sure why you now un-unified them however this should be good for your tag team division.
 • Hmm. Usually the battle royal is for Midcard and borderline main eventers like Rey Mysterio and Kane but you have went all out their with John Cena, Randy Orton and CM Punk being involved. Some compustable elements in this match. Cant wait to see how Cena and Orton work together in this. I think this could have been improved if you had the ring announcer announce it when someone had been eliminated. Wow. Punk eliminates Cena? That's some career higlight for you. Ted DiBiase? Not sure if you should have wasted a draft spot on him. He seems more like a wrestler that would be on the WWE.com draft. I had a feeling that John Cena was heading to Smackdown when Punk eliminated him. Now RAW doesn't have a World Champion? Wonder what the RAW GM will do about that.
 • Overall a good show. You had some nice matches and some good story telling to with the whole emotions from Gail Kim. I'd work on making the promos longer and before posting the show click the "Preview Post" button and double check it.

WOW! Thanks for the review Choxy! I know I speak for Rated R and myself when I say we're gonna try our damnedest to correct the mistakes and criticisms you mentioned and maybe MAYBE someday we can live up to immaculate example you have set here in the Book This section.**

**The above sentiments are complete sarcasm. No one cares Choxy.

GCB FEEDBACK
MONDAY NIGHT RAW | Rated R Nightmare & Notorious MEAT

Right chaps, been a long time coming but I’m finally going to give you some feedback. I have been reading the shows you’ve posted and following but I’ve not been here on BT as much lately so … Anyway, with the first PPV done and the draft show complete, you’re now starting to move on from the WM feuds and into your own storylines which is an interesting time. First off, congratulations on completing the PPV. Not many people reach the first PPV let alone complete it so you deserve commendation for that. In fact, aside from myself of course :) who managed six, I can’t recall anybody completing more than three. Five to go and I can consider you two on a level with me. Mind you, there are two of you working on this so maybe you need to get to twelve for that? ;)

When I feedback, I tend to focus on different aspects to other people. IMO, a successful BT needs two things – a good wrestling knowledge and ideas for booking AND a good writing style. Most reviews/feedback focus on the booking whereas I, it’s probably the teacher in me, focus on the writing style. Poor writing style can make a show unreadable regardless of the booking; a good writing style can make even the strangest booking decisions into a readable show.

PROMOS: Shock horror, I agree with Choxy/Bocaj! Out of the promos and match writing, the promos need the most work. I’ll come on to the match writing in a minute but the promos are too short, IMO. Take the Cena promo at the start of the RAW show for example – tell me, what did Cena do there? What did he hype up? How did he move the storyline on? He mildly put across that anything can happen in the draft – well, Cole and King did that as well moments later. I am guessing that the intention there was to set up for the shock draft switch for Cena at the end of the show but it didn’t really work for me. Whenever I feedback on these things, I always speak about what a BT actually is – it’s a story. It’s a work of fiction that happens to be about wrestling. Your characters are the wrestlers and the authority figures and there is no point having a segment with the characters if it doesn’t develop the story or the character. A better option for me there would have been to have Cena clash with somebody from either RAW or SMACKDOWN that felt that it was important to move for the sake of his career. By having Cena confront somebody, you would develop the idea of Cena further and possibly even set up a match for later in the night rather than the rather standard Battle Royale, RAW vs. SMACKDOWN, idea. As for the actual wording of the promos, they still need some work – I didn’t “feel” your Shawn Michaels at all, for example – but they do the job on a general level.

MATCH WRITING: In contrast to your promos which I think could still get a lot of improvement, your match writing is very very good. I’d like to see the formatting tools used a little to improve the look of the matches but the matches make sense and are well written. One thing I would criticise (constructively, of course, don’t go all Choxy on me!) would be the openers for each sentence. Let me just pick out this section of the Miz vs. Shelton Benjamin match (the bit I happen to be looking at rather than specifically finding it) –

Shelton rolls off the pin and sits up in disappointment as Miz slowly begins to get up. Shelton gets to his feet as Miz rolls into the ropes and Shelton charges forward-looking for a clothesline, but Miz backdrops Shelton over the top rope, only for Shelton to land on the ring apron! Miz turns around and goes for a discus punch, but Shelton catches his fist then hits a roundhouse kick to the skull! Miz stumbles backwards as Shelton springboards into the ring and hits a springboard DDT!

Miz goes down as Shelton rolls into the middle of the ring and it seems like Shelton is closing in on the victory! Shelton gets to his feet and drags Miz into the middle of the ring then pulls him up to his feet. Shelton now jumps up and takes down Miz with a massive Pay Dirt! Miz rolls away to the ropes and ends up rolling out of the ring much to the dispair of Shelton who dove forward trying to stop him! Shelton is in dispair as Miz rolls away from the ring apron and stumbles to his feet as Shelton stands ready in the ring for him.

Miz looks at Shelton in the ring but instead of heading back towards the ring, he says screw it and starts walking up the ramp! Shelton however will have none of this as he rolls out of the ring and charges up the ramp after Miz! Shelton catches up to Miz on the top of the ramp and spins him around, but Miz rakes the eyes! Shelton stumbles away as Miz scurries backstage while he can and the referee has just reached the 9 count! Shelton shakes the cobwebs out of his head and realizes Miz is gone so he sprints towards the ring and just as the ref reaches the 10 count, Shelton slides into the ring to beat the count!

Quick counts – 320 words there. 36 of those words were ‘Miz’ or ‘Shelton’ – over 10% of your match writing uses the names of the wrestlers. You do use pronouns but I get tired of reading the same words over and over and over – it’s a generic writing style and it makes it seem broken up rather than flowing. One of the things I have to teach to 10 year olds is about sentence and paragraph links, they help to create flow. Referring to the same person by their name all the time doesn’t create flow. I’d suggest use of pronouns (he, him, his) more often as well as different titles and nicknames, i.e. “The US/Intercontinental Champion”, “The Awesome One”, “The Gold Standard”, “Benjamin” … Then, you also have generic references, i.e. “his opponent”, “his partner”, “his foe” … All of these would save you using the names over and over and would help you create those links that lead to a better flow.

GRAMMAR / WRITING STYLE: Moving on from that, I would also then comment on your writing style in other ways. Whilst the grammar, spelling and punctuation are good – they can put people off if not done right as well – I want you to look at that quote above again and look at the words you used to start each sentence. Notice it? 13 sentences, all 13 started with Miz or Shelton. You’re using the same style for each sentence – it gets boring to read. As well as the other words I spoke about above, what about changing the sentence type? You’re writing mainly complex sentences, i.e. with a connective to add extra detail, so change it round a bit and start with the connective, i.e. instead of “Shelton is in dispair as Miz rolls away from the ring apron and stumbles to his feet as Shelton stands ready in the ring for him”, what about using “As Miz rolls away from the ring apron and stumbles to his feet, Shelton stands ready in the ring for him with a look of despair on his face” instead? Subtle change, no difference to the meaning but a break for the reader. Adverbial openers can also be effective: LY and ING words. “Slowly …” “Desperately …” “Dragging …” “Scurrying …” etc ... Also, you could drop in that short sentence every now and then – they build tension really easily, as long as you don’t overuse them, because they are such a sudden change from the complexity of the sentences before and after, e.g. “Wait a minute!” “What was that?” “BAM! Shelton strikes!” etc …

FORMAT / PRESENTATION: I don’t think you really need me to tell you about the formatting errors in that show. Make sure you use the preview button to check it before you post it. Overall, it’s well presented and I liked the images you’re using in there. What I would say is that the matches need a bit of formatting, i.e. colour, bold, something, just to make them stand out more and not seem like a wall of black writing.

BOOKING: I know that you are trying to get away from the WrestleMania feuds and that you need to tie those up first so now is the time I’m looking towards your booking ideas. What are you going to do differently? Interesting draft picks and they do highlight some of your ideas going forward, i.e. Curt Hawkins would be in the supplemental draft if you didn’t have big plans for him. Some very interesting picks there – Sheamus and Cena to SMACKDOWN but only really Jericho to RAW in terms of established stars, that suggests that you’re trying to make SMACKDOWN more interesting. I like the idea of Michelle McCool moving to RAW, that Divas Unification match is clearly on the horizon. What I would suggest is that even a show like this one needs to have storyline development and that is my main criticism here – what actual storylines moved on here? It might have been a little too much focused on the draft. However, now is your chance to move this forwards now. You’ve shaken up the rosters and you can now get on with creating your own feuds and your own storylines.

Overall, guys, you’ve made a brilliant start. Like I said earlier, most BT’s don’t go past a PPV so you get credit for that immediately. This has a lot of potential to go on and become a real big deal here and I hope it does. With the two of you sharing the workload, you should be able to move through the shows quicker than others and I hope you can carry on with the good teamwork you have right now. My worry with paired BT’s is that in the end they die off because there is more potential for one guy to lose interest. I hope you can keep it going because this is a really good BT and could be amazing as you move forward into your own ideas and feuds. GCB

Just a few comments on the Supplemental draft. Ok first lets go to RAW, Three new divas to RAW means their womans division will heat up so good job their. A very nice few editions to the midcard too with Finlay, Drew and Hardy. They will bring some trouble for the United States Champion. Not sure I am happy with you drafting Edge in a draft on WWE.com. Edge seems like such a big draw. Also some people don't even check on WWE.com and Edge being drafted seems like something that should be advertised on TV first. Smackdown has seemed to lose out here. They have lost their world champion and get Zack Ryder, Evan Bourne and Yoshi Tatzu from the undercard. (Job squad). Hopefully Chavo, Rhodes and MVP will prove challenges for Shelton.

The cameras pan around the arena before going to the ring where Superstars ring announcer Tony Chimal stands with a mic, ready to announce the first match.

Chimal: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Blackpool England weighing in at 243 pounds, William Regal!

**Regality**

The fans boo as William Regal walks out onto the stage with his trademark gold and purple robe over his usual trunks. Regal shakes his head before walking down the ramp quickly. Regal reaches the bottom of the ramp and walks over to the steps and jogs up them before wiping his feet on the ring apron and stepping through the ropes. Regal unties his robe and slides it off his shoulders before tossing it out of the ring and backing into the corner.

Chimal: And his opponent, from St.Louis, Missouri weighing in at 165 pounds Evan "Air" Bourne!

**Born To Win**

The fans give a nice pop as Evan Bourne, who has won 5 matches in a row since Wrestlemania with the last being over his opponent tonight, runs out onto the stage and throws up the peace symbol. Regal beings pacing in the ring as Bourne quickly walks down the ramp, slapping hands with fans who line the ramp as he does. Bourne jumps onto the ring apron and again throws up the peace symbol before stepping through the ropes and backing into his corner as his music cuts.

**The Bell Rings**
Match #1
William Regal vs Evan Bourne

The match begins as both men walk into the middle of the ring and lock up with a test of strength. Regal takes the easy advantage here as he brings Evan down to his knees, then forces his shoulders down to the mat in a grecko roman knuckle lock as the referee counts the pin.

1...
NO! Bourne kicks out!

Evan forces his shoulders off the mat but not for long as Regal forces them back down but then breaks the knuckle lock and rubs his forearm across the face of Evan which causes some boos from the fans for the dirty move. Regal stands up and takes a step back to let Evan rise to his feet, only to pop him in the jaw with an european uppercut! Evan stumbles backwards but Regal stays on top of him and pops him with a second european uppcut before grabbing a double underhook and sending Evan flying across the ring with a big suplex! William Regal is rolling right now as the high flyer rolls out onto the ring apron, only to get blasted with a running kick to the skull that knocks him off the ring apron and to the floor!

The fans boo loudly as Evan rolls around on the floor holding his head in pain while the brit bails from the ring and pulls the highflyer to his feet, only to whip him ribs first into the near by steel steps! Evan stumbles backwards holding his ribs as Regal grabs him by the waist, then hits a german suplex! The fans are somewhat shocked as Regal has dominated this whole match while the high flying Bourne sits up against the guard rail, trying to catch a breather. Regal however has other ideas as he charges forward looking for a running facewash, but Evan rolls out of the way and Regal rams his foot hard into the guard rail just as Evan gets to his feet and slides into the ring to avoid the countout as the ref reaches the 8 count! Regal stumbles away from the guard rail as the ref reaches the 9 count, but Regal slides into the ring at the last possible second!

Bourne sees the englishmen getting up and he shoots off the opposite set of ropes just as Regal gets to his feet, right into a running hurricanrana from the agile young rookie! Regal is reeling as he bounces up to his feet, only to get drilled by a jumping knee to the skull from Evan and Regal is down in front of the corner! Evan now goes out onto the ring apron and climbs up to the top turnbuckle as Regal lays on the mat and this one could be moments away from being over! Evan now stands up on the top turnbuckle and dives off, looking for Air Bourne, NO! Regal gets his knees up to block it! This could be trouble for Evan Bourne!

Bourne rolls away holding his ribs in pain as Regal begins to pull himself to his feet using the ropes as Evan has rolled into the middle of the ring and begins to stumble to his feet. Regal is now up and grabs the ropes in the corner and hes using his strength to hold himself back as Evan turns to face Regal, but Regal charges forward and BLASTS Evan in the skull with a huge Knee Trembler! That was brutal and the high flying rookie could be knocked out cold as Regal hooks the leg for a pin on him.

2....
3!

Chimal: Here's your winner, William Regal!

**Regality**

The fans boo as William Regal rises to his feet after a brutal beating he gave to Bourne and the referee raises his arm in victory before checking on Evan Bourne as Regal bails from the ring and walks up the ramp backwards with an evil smirk on his face as we go to commercial for the first time tonight on Superstars.

We come back from commercial and the cameras cut to the interview area backstage where we see Josh Matthews standing with the man who will challenge Shelton Benjamin for the Intercontinental Championship later on tonight, Dolph Ziggler.

Matthews asks Ziggler how he's planning on defeating Benjamin, who has been on a roll with two big wins already this week, Ziggler says all he needs to do is go out there and do what he does best, steal the show and be the best damn wrestler on this roster and when he does that, nobody will stop him from becoming the new Intercontinental Champion. This causes boos from the fans back inside the arena who clearly don't like the cocky attitude of the challenger tonight.

Matthews asks Dolph why he's so confident he will win and all he gets for a response is "because you know and I know that Shelton Benjamin is nothing but a washed up has been who's on a lucky streak." before Ziggler walks away leaving Matthews standing there awkwardly by himself as the cameras cut to the ring where Tony Chimal is standing for our next match of the night.

Chimal: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Jacksonville, California Kelly Kelly!

**Holla (V3)**

The fans give a nice pop as Kelly Kelly walks out onto the stage and strikes a pose for the fans. Kelly has a huge smile on her face as she quickly walks down the ramp, slapping hands with as many fans as possible as she makes her way down the ramp. Kelly now walks over to the steps and slowly walks up them before stepping through the middle rope. Kelly climbs up to the top turnbuckle and poses again for the fans as her music cuts.

Chimal: And her opponent, from Chelsea, England Katie Lea!

**Hurt You**

The fans boo as Katie Lea walks out onto the stage and glares down to the ring at her opponent. Katie Lea now begins to slowly walk down the ramp, never breaking her stare at her opponent as she reaches the bottom of the ramp. Katie Lea now slides under the bottom rope and into the ring before looking up and locking eyes with Kelly, who doesn't seem to be afriad of the evil Katie Lea who rises to her feet and backs into the corner as her music cuts.

**The Bell Rings**
Match #2
Kelly Kelly vs Katie Lea

As the match begins Kelly walks into the middle of the ring for a lock up, but Katie Lea hasn't moved out of the corner. Kelly seems confused but none the less charges into the corner for a clothesline, but Katie Lea gets a boot up to block it as Kelly stumbles out of the corner, only to get nailed with a big running lariat clothesline to take out the blonde bombshell! Katie Lea hooks the leg for a quick pin attempt.

1...
2...
NO! Kelly kicks out!

The evil Katie lea drags Kelly to her feet, but Kelly hits a kick to the ribs to gain some seperation between the two! Kelly charges forward now and hits a running hurricanrana that sends Katie Lea flying hard into the corner! Kelly goes to the opposite corner and charges forward going for her handspring back elbow smash, and it hits! Katie stumbles out of the corner as Kelly hits another kick to the gut then jumps and goes for the K2, but Katie Lea moves out of the way and Kelly lands hard on the mat!

Katie Lea leans against the ropes while waiting for the blonde bombshell to get to her feet and as soon as he does, Katie takes her down with a running swinging neckbreaker from behind! Kelly is down holding the back of her head as Katie Lea has an evil look in her eyes as she slowly drags her opponent up to her feet, only to drop her with a swinging side slam into a huge backbreaker! That had to hurt as Katie Lea rolls Kelly over onto her back and hooks the leg for the pin and this could be over!

2....
3!

Chimal: Here's your winner, Katie Lea!

**Hurt You**

Katie Lea rises to her feet as the referee goes to raise her arm in victory, but Katie shoves him away and gives him an evil glare as Kelly Kelly lays in pain on the mat. Katie Lea bails out of the ring and slinks away from the ring and up the ramp backwards as Kelly Kelly gets helped to her feet by the referee and she holds her neck and back in pain as we go to commerical but not before we're informed that up next after the break is our main event of the evening, Dolph Ziggler vs Shelton Benjamin for the Intercontinental Championship.

We come back from commercial and the cameras show the crowd buzzing about our big main event of the evening as the cameras cut to the ring where Tony Chimal stands with a mic for the final time tonight.

Chimal: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE Intercontinental Championship! Introducing first, the challenger. Weighing in at 213 pounds, from Hollywood, Florida, Dolph Ziggler!

**I Am Perfection**

The fans boo loudly as Dolph Ziggler walks out onto the stage and runs his hands through his bleach blonde hair, then flicks water at the fans as he begins walking down the ramp. Ziggler reaches the bottom of the ramp and jumps onto the ring apron and looks out at the fans before stepping through the ropes and into the ring. Ziggler jumps up to the top turnbuckle and slides his vest off his shoulders before tossing it out of the ring as his music cuts.

Chimal: And his opponent, weighing in at 248 pounds, from Orangeburg, South Carolina he is the Intercontinental Champion, The Gold Standard Shelton Benjamin!

**Ain't No Stoppin Me (Remix)**

The fans give a nice pop as Shelton Benjamin walks out onto the stage with the IC Title wrapped tightly around his waist. Shelton raises his arms over his head before walking down the ramp to the beat of his music. Shelton reaches the bottom of the ramp as Ziggler paces waiting for him to get in the ring. Shelton walks up the steps and jogs up them before jumping over the top rope and into the ring. Shelton takes his title off his waist and holds it up high over his head as his music cuts and the referee holds up the championship high over his head for both champion and challenger to see before handing it over to Chimal as he exits the ring.

**The Bell Rings**
Match #3
Intercontinental Championship Match:
Dolph Ziggler vs Shelton Benjamin (c)

The match begins as champion and challenger walk into the middle of the ring and smack talk each other before Ziggler deleivers an open hand slap to the jaw of the champ! Shelton rubs his jaw then turns and swings wild, but the challenger ducks multiple quick fists then hits a dropkick to the back of Shelton to send him stumbling into the ropes! Ziggler now charges forward looking for a big running clothesline, but the champ backdrops his challenger and sends him flying over the top rope and to the floor! Ziggler rolls around holding his ribs as Shelton stumbles away from the ropes. Shelton now bounces from foot to foot as he awaits his opponent rising and as soon as he does, he gets nailed with a big suicide dive and now both men are down outside the ring as this IC Title Match is off to a very quick pace in the beginning!

The fans give a nice pop for the dive as Shelton is first to his feet, but Ziggler is up mere seconds after him, but he goes right back down as Benjamin hits a running clothesline! Benjamin drags Ziggler to his feet and throws him back into the ring then jumps onto the ring apron and it appears the champ wants to fly again as Ziggler stumbles to his feet, but Benjamin hits a big shoulder block into the ribs as Ziggler stumbles into the middle of the ring. Benjamin now jumps onto the top rope and springboards into the ring looking for a big clothesline, it hits! Benjamin quickly covers Ziggler and this one could be over quickly here!

1...
2....
NO! Ziggler kicks out!

Benjamin keeps his cool and rolls out onto the ring apron as Ziggler gets to his feet and charges the champ, blasting him with a right hand to knock him off the ring apron! Ziggler now steps out onto the ring apron and he begins yelling at the champ to get up, which he does but he gets taken back down with a diving double sledge attack! The fans don't like that and they're letting the challenger know it, but he just smirks and hits a jumping elbow drop to the heart of Benjamin! Dolph runs his hands through his hair as Shelton lays at ringside and Ziggler walks up the steps and onto the ring apron, then takes a running start before diving off looking for another elbow drop to the heart of Benjamin, but Benjamin rolls out of the way as Ziggler's arm smashes hard on the floor! Benjamin sees this and quickly takes advantage as he pulls Dolph to his feet and hits a jumping arm breaker!

Benjamin may have just gained a big advantage as Ziggler rolls around on the floor holding his arm in pain and Shelton rolls into the ring, but rolls right back out just to break the refs count. Ziggler crawls away from the champ who follows him, that is until Ziggler hits a back kick to the knee to bring him down to one knee! Dolph gets to his feet and sees the position the champ is in, so he charges forward and hits a jumping DDT on the floor to lay out the champ and this could be trouble! Ziggler throws his opponent into the ring and rolls in after him and hooks the leg for the pin!

1....
2....
NO! Benjamin kicks out!

Ziggler lays in multiple right hands to the jaw of Benjamin then covers him again, this time hooking both legs for the pin.

1...
2....
NO! Benjamin kicks out again!

Ziggler is clearly frustrated as he hits a jumping elbow drop to the heart, followed right up by another one and yet another one after that! Ziggler now runs his hands through his hair as he walks across the ring and Benjamin rolls into the ropes. Ziggler sees this and charges forward, nailing a baseball slide dropkick that sends Shelton flying out of the ring and to the floor! This one is all Dolph Ziggler right now as he looks to stay on the attack by climbing up to the top turnbuckle, what does he have in mind here?

Dolph stands up on the top turnbuckle as Shelton rises to his feet and Dolph dives off the top and hits a huge missile dropkick! That was nearly picture perfect as Benjamin rolls around on the floor before landing in front of the steel steps as Dolph uses the ring apron to get to his feet and he has a malicious look cross his face upon realizing where Benjamin is positioned! Dolph begins bouncing from foot to foot as Benjamin begins to get to his feet and this does not look good for the champ as Dolph is nearly foaming at the mouth as he sees his big chance to possibly finish off the champion! Benjamin is on his feet as Dolph charges forward, but Benjamin charges forward as well and both champion and challenger collide at ringside and now both men are down as the referee reaches a 5 count!

The fans in the arena aren't sure if they should cheer or feel bad for these two guys who are going all out in hopes of leaving the arena tonight with championship gold around their waist. The referee reaches a 6 count and still no movement from champion or challenger. Seven count now and the only movement we have is both guys holding onto their ribs in pain after the nasty collision. Eight count and Dolph is trying to pull himself to his feet using the ring apron, while Benjamin is doing the same thing just inches away. Nine count and both men slide into the ring to avoid the double countout!

Both rise to their feet and Shelton deleivers a big right hand as Ziggler stumbles backwards and the fans cheer. Ziggler comes back and fires off a right hand of his own to the jaw of Benjamin and the fans boo that one. The slugfest is now on as both guys are exchanging right hands to the others jaw, but this doesn't last long as Ziggler cheap shots Benjamin with a stiff kick into the ribs to double the champ over! Ziggler stumbles backwards into the ropes as he realizes he somehow managed to stay in control of the match as Benjamin begins to stand upright, but NO! Ziggler drops him with his trademark running fameasser to the back of the neck to drop Benjamin! Ziggler rolls the champ over onto his back and hooks both legs for the pin, will we have a new champ here?

1....
2....
.....
NO! Benjamin shows how much heart he has by kicking out of yet another pin!

The fans let out the breath they were holding in as Ziggler asks the ref if it was really only two and the ref assures him it wasn't three as Ziggler gets to his feet and runs his hands through his hair and then begins motioning for Benjamin to get to his feet and this could be the beginning of the end of Shelton's title run as Ziggler seems to be signailing for the Zig Zag! Benjamin gets up using the ropes and Ziggler, who has taken a few steps backwards now charges in full speed towards Benjamin and jumps in the air, looking for the Zig Zag, NO! Benjamin hangs onto the ropes to avoid the huge move as Ziggler crashes and burns on the mat! Benjamin now turns around and sees Ziggler down so he rolls him up for a cruifix pin and could this one be over right here?

1....
2....
NO! Ziggler kicks out!

Shelton gets to his feet after thinking he could steal one there and Ziggler rises to his feet, only for Shelton to connect with a spin kick to the gut followed up quickly by the t-bone suplex! Ziggler rolls into the ropes from the impact as Benjamin followed him and grabs his legs, yanking him away from the ropes and slamming the back of his head into the mat hard! Benjamin now walks over to the corner and jumps up to the top turnbuckle as Ziggler is down and Benjamin dives off the top and hits a frog splash! Benjamin rolls off Ziggler, who clutches his ribs in pain but he gets no chance to recover as Benjamin crawls over on top of him and hooks the rear leg looking for the victory!

1....
2....
NO! Dolph kicks out!

Benjamin rolls off the pin and holds his head in his hands as he wonders what he'll have to do to defeat the very game Dolph Ziggler tonight who has now crawled into the corner. Benjamin rises to his feet and stomps his right foot on the mat a few times which gets the fans clapping along with his stomps. Benjamin now turns around, AND GETS DRILLED WITH A BIG RUNNING SUPERKICK OUT OF NOWHERE FROM ZIGGLER! Benjamin drops like a sack of potatoes from that as Ziggler falls on top of him for the pin and does he have it won? Is Ziggler the new champion?

1....

.....
NO! Shelton kicks out yet again!

Ziggler is in total shock at this point as he stands up and argues with the ref about the count and even goes as far as to grab him by the shirt and scream in his face. Benjamin meanwhile is using this time to shake the cobwebs out of his head after Ziggler killed a few braincells with that nasty superkick to the skull moments ago. Ziggler finally lets go of the ref as he warns him to count faster next time, then turns around and walks over to Benjamin in the ropes, but Shelton hits a big right hand to fight him off! Ziggler comes right back however, only to get hit with another right hand! Ziggler stumbles back a third time, but this time he gets taken down with a big dropkick to the skull! Benjamin now stands over the challenger who has begin to rise to his feet as Shelton stands at the ready to strike with Pay Dirt. Ziggler gets to his feet and turns around as Benjamin jumps for Pay Dirt, and it connects! Ziggler goes down as Shelton rolls him over onto his back and hooks both legs for the pin and has the champion FINALLY done enough to put the challenger away?

Chimal: Here's your winner, and STILL Intercontinental Champion, The Gold Standard Shelton Benjamin!

**Ain't No Stoppin Me (Remix)**

Shelton rises to his feet as the referee hands him his championship, which he raises up high over his head in celebration of winning the hard fought battle of a first defense he just had against Dolph Ziggler, who rolls out of the ring in disappointment. Benjamin climbs up to the top turnbuckle and again raises the championship high over his head as the fans stand and cheer in approval of The Gold Standard standing tall tonight and Superstars goes off the air with the image of Shelton Benjamin planting a big kiss on his championship!

OOC: The draft results did NOT effect the matches made for Superstars this week. Also this will be the last episode of Superstars we will write out as neither Notorious or I have the time or interest in writing the show out anymore. We might give the results of Superstars but that hasn't been decided yet.
