Wrestling "Dream Match" at Tonight's NXT Taping

The 1-2-3 Killam

Mid-Card Championship Winner
CM Punk & Seth Rollins vs. Kassius Ohno & Antonio Cesaro.

If you don't follow NXT, or you never followed Ring of Honor, the WWE Champion is teaming with the NXT Champion (both are former ROH World CHampions) to face arguably the greatest tag team in the world, former ROH World Tag Champs, the Kings of Wrestling. Plus, one of them is the US Champ.

I'm bitter about this for 2 reasons:

1) Those people paid like $10 (or less) to see that match
and
2) WWE's best weekly show isn't even on TV in the United States

Definitely looking forward to watching this. I bet the match was a lot of fun.

And I would love for Rollins to come up as a protege of Punk's or something like that. I think they'd make a great one-two punch.

The greatest tag team in the world? Among what? 10?
Unfortunately... What's worse is, they're not even a tag team anymore. :/

IF we ever get to see it. I guess it was a dark match, that spawned from a CM Punk vs. Antonio Cesaro singles match where the other two got involved. However, people have been saying on Twitter that the cameras were still rolling and Regal/Ross were still doing commentary during those matches. So even if we have to wait ten years until they put it as an extra in some DVD set...it will be out there somewhere. I'm hoping WWE just puts it up on YouTube with the title "Hey...sometimes we still do wrestling right." And yes, those two could be a hell of a combination. Just look at my sig!

For what it's worth, the Kings were my top tag team in the world while they were together.
Mine to... Followed closely by A|N|X, who while not necessarily at the top of their division, were always extremely fun to watch in the ring. It was incredibly frustrating sometimes to watch them out-perform half the guys they went up against, and still lose >50% of the time.

Top notch reporting Killam
As per usual.
