WOAH! Brock and The Undertaker almost get into at UFC 121 (video inside - legit)

I don't think I've ever heard Taker speak in a non-kayfabe setting.

Me neither. It was weird. This interviewer though, Ariel Helwani, is easily the most respected journalist in MMA, so I'm not surprised he was able to get him to talk. Pretty awesome he was able to capture that moment; I'm sure this is going to be all the talk in the upcoming days.

The thing that interested me the most is that unless Brock did something that we couldn't see, Taker started that whole thing. Most interesting indeed.

It's hard picturing Undertaker talk so...so...normal. I can't imagine him not trying to talk without a deep tone and what-not.

Also, I think Undertaker was talking a bit too much.

Oh man Vince is going to be furious since like jmt said this is going to get some play on the internet and Taker is just all casual and called by name. Also you can easily see Michelle behind him. Vince will not be happy at all.

I can't make out what Taker said, but Brock's face looked like he was pissed at Taker being there in the first place, not just what he said. I'd never heard of these two not getting along, so this is odd.

I have the same feeling as you KB. Though it's shocking how Undertaker, of all people would just yap on like this. I always thought he was so very non-kayfabe. Always trying to play along with the WWE storylines and what-not. Like the wedding he had with Michelle McCool. I heard that he wanted to have the wedding privately because of the storyline saying that Undertaker was in a vegetative state.

The first thing I thought was some cross promotional thing because I remember either White or the head of Strikeforce saying Taker was coming there but that was like a year ago. I can't imagine that's what it is.

Well if some kind of cross promotional thing were to happen, I guess it wouldn't be as bad (or would it?).

But Undertaker just constantly sayin it's a personal thing. It's a personal thing. "What you want to do it"...that just leaves a bad vibe.

That was very unusual... don't wanna look too much into this but seemed kinda fake with the whole Lesnar encounter.

Guess so. But that won't stop all the internet rumors and constant PWInsider reports. But then again, only time will tell what does end up hapenning...

Well Brock was just pissed off at losing and then seeing Taker must've struck a chord somewhere. I always heard these two were cool though.

He said "wanna do it" he could have been talking about a thousand different things idk why everyone makes such a big deal about stuff like this.

That was very unusual... don't wanna look too much into this but seemed kinda fake with the whole Lesnar encounter.

Really? Seemed totally real to me. If this were fake, some kind of cross-promotional deal, why would Taker be there? He's in the middle of a feud, as the Deadman. It would be different if here were still BikerTaker, but he's not. I really think this showed some legit heat between the two.

I thought they got on well.

Anyways, BIG fuck up there, not from Taker so much, but McCool should have stayed behind him, there was no reason for her to be shown. She could even have gone behind the camera.

Vince will be fuming but Taker will take it from him, I am sure he has seen worse.

Great interview though.

Taker seemed to genuinely have some issue with Lesnar.

It's strange seeing him as a real person, calm and collected. Just wow.

I don't get why people think McMahon will be pissed. UFC just gave free publicity to over a million people worldwide to the WWE, with one of their biggest stars being interviewed, and his GORGEOUS companion there with him.

What's there to be pissed about? Ruining kayfabe? Hell, the WWE hasn't been concerned with that for years.

On a side note, I don't know if Taker and Lesnar were about to come to blows or not, but I do think that would be one interesting fight. I mean, Lesnar would kill him, but it would be fun to see if Undertaker would do his trademark situp after getting punched out.

I don't think I've ever heard Taker speak in a non-kayfabe setting.
Off The Record interview before WrestleMania 18?

Anyhow, I really think Taker isn't one of those guys who's subjected to Vince's usual shit. So... I'm just not seeing the big deal.

Yeah as CoCo said this isn't the first time I've heard him talk out of character so it's not like it's that big of a deal. I really doubt it was an angle everyone know how much of an asshole Lesnar can be so he probably said something to piss Taker off.

Nobody, including UFC president Dana White, seems to know what is going on in regards to the post-fight confrontation between The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar at last night's UFC 121 PPV in Anaheim, CA. The confrontation caught many off guard and more questions still remain.

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, who was at UFC 121 last night, has speculated that WWE wants Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker to have a match at Wrestlemania 27 in a "streak vs. UFC title" type match.

Meltzer notes that there is no deal in place between WWE and Lesnar but the company has contacted him. Meltzer also notes that Lesnar's deal with UFC wouldn't allow him to work a WWE match.

Just found this on a news site. I think that's complete bull shit because Dana would NEVER agree to something like that.
