Will Cody Rhodes save Daniel Bryan?

Triple H has stated that anyone who helps Daniel Bryan will be fired, but after Cody Rhodes being fired on RAW this week it has me thinking he is getting his biggest push so far and will be the one to save DB from the attacks of the "New Corporation".

This maybe a dumb question to some of you but if you think he will return in another way, how do you see him coming back?

Do you agree and think he will be the one to step up and save Daniel Bryan?

Look at Twitter & wwe.com, it's something way bigger. Goldust and Dusty Rhodes will be involved. I predicted Goldust will turn on Cody and join the "Corporation" or whatever you wanna call them, setting up a brother vs brother match at WrestleMania. WOOOOOOOOO! It should've happened at WM27, but better late than never.

As a Cody Rhodes "MARK" I'd be happy with either result there. We got a tease last Royal Rumble with Cody and Goldust fighting throughout. Cody even eliminated his brother. I think we'll see Cody Rhodes vs. Goldust at some point. Ever since MITB Cody's been in a good spot. It's long overdue. I am a little disappointed we didn't get to see Cody vs. Sandow w/the MITB briefcase on the line.

Ive always loved Cody face or heel, he is amazing in the ring and that match between him and randy before he got fired was just great!
I see Cody getting involved but not really saving Bryan but helping him out to stop HHH. i see him coming from the crowd and try to stop Randy/the shield from their attacks, this is great because cody is already fired so HHH cant fire him again if he is helping Bryan!

Honestly, I dont want to see goldust involved one tiny bit...
I would love to see Dusty involved if its done properly, otherwise Cody standing alone representing his family would be the better option!!
He would get a better reaction if it was him alone standing tall against HHH/McMahons

I think it's pretty obvious Cody is going to be the one to save Daniel Bryan. It's going to give Cody the shot in the arm to the higher echelon of the card that he needs. Cody has been so money the last few years. Since Triple H threatened to fire anyone that helped Daniel Bryan on a weekly basis, you can't fire someone that's already fired.

but anyway it seems like cody will return and help d bryan.
its what everybody is thinking and if you say other wise, the iwc will cry a thousand rivers. cody should help d bryan but break away from him,
cody shouldnt be his side kick cody is just as good as bryan he's been in wwe longer. so rhodes shouldnt be the sidekick like iwc wants and cries for.

It just crossed my mind, but what if Cody was to run out and cost Daniel Bryan a Title Match and the whole thing was a Swerve. Cody would fit in well with the corporation, Dusty could try to save his son from making a mistake. the Shield could attack Dusty, leading to a return of goldust.

This is just a idea, however I do believe that the above posts are probably more accurate with him helping bryan. I really don't know where they are going with the storyline for sure, but I am loving it so far.

Dusty could get involved, Goldust could get involved, he could buy tickets to all the shows he wants but at the end of the day they don't have to give him his job back, plus on top of that... would it really make much sense? I can't imagine they would have the Rhodes family threaten Triple H into giving Rhodes a job back or anything like that... the only thing I could see that would still keep Rhodes a face is if Vince was against the firing of Cody and re-hires him.

I do think it's a lot more likely and logical that Rhodes costs Bryan the match, kind of proving to Triple H that he isn't a 'loser' and in return gets his job back. He doesn't even really have to align himself with Orton, Triple H and the McMahon's, just a way to get his job back.

It's still not perfect considering they JUST turned Rhodes face and it would be a lot like Big Show last year with Johnny Ace. But I don't really know how else they could write him back in and make it look believable other than him costing Bryan. He's not some monster that could threaten the McMahon's nor is he a menacing figure like a Stone Cold Steve Austin. I really don't know what they're gonna do but that and Mr. McMahon hiring him back are the only two things that would really make logical sense.

I get the feeling that Rhodes definitely will step up to help Bryan but he won't be the only one. It'll all turn to a full-scale rebellion led by Bryan vs HHH, Orton and The Shield. So you'll have Bryan, Ziggler, Miz, Show/Henry and then Rhodes finally when he returns step up as the 'saviors' which leads into Survivor Series.

I'm keen to see Brad Maddox wrestling again and I think it would be a great idea as it free's up the GM spot for a permanent manager, hopefully a big name and/or a legend.

The thing about Cody being fired then saving Daniel because he isn't with the company anymore is that its predictable. I don't like comedians where I know where the joke is going. I feel the same way about wrestling. kinda why I don't like Cena storylines,they are predictable. But if it gets Cody back in the ring,then I am for it. Cody was starting to grow on me. Especially after he got rid of his porn-stache.

Yes Cody Rhodes will save Daniel Bryan. It won't happen for about a month though, Cody will take some time off for his up coming wedding, then he'll return around October or November.

I think he will certainly be part of the contingent that goes on to save Bryan. They have clearly established that Rhodes, Ziggler, The Miz and The Big Show are being victimised by the new regime. Rhodes is taking time off, and the others could also be fired.

Rhodes will return and his career will have taken a forward step. A few months ago he was just another heel but now he is feuding with Randy Orton and HHH. Personally, I think he could have a tittle match with Orton and be involved in a multi-man match against The Shield.
