Who would make a good writer?

v14ever

Occasional Pre-Show
Just wanted to get away from the RAW discussion and the earth-shattering news that was the TNA-signing of Angle. If WWE decided to one day shitcan their writers on Smackdown! and RAW, who could step in and mae an impact? A couple of names come to mind:

1. Dusty Rhodes-wrote for WCW I think, or maybe was a booker
2. Jake Roberts-someone on his DVD said that he was one of wrestling's greatest minds if he got away from the coke and alcohol
3. Ricky Steamboat
4. Kevin Sullivan-I know that him and Benoit have had past differences, but couldn't hurt?

Let me know what you think

I would make a better writer than the guys they have creating the storylines right now. I would love to see Eric Bischoff have creative control of Raw, and let Heyman book Smackdown! again. It would lead to some great moments and feuds.

dusty rhodes hs been burnt out since 1988 -89, thats why turner or herd or watts or frey or whoever fired him and he ran to vince, youre right about roberts, the drugs probly ruined him, i dont no about the dragon, and sullivan is probly bunt as well, he was doing it in WCW since bischoff took over at least, probly longer

i would say bischoff, heyman, maybe flair, maybe bret hart, eddie guerrero would have been great, its a shame

or me
(Vinnie mac call me)

Bischoff would easy. These storylines are dull. No surpirse. I was only interested in the McMahon/DX, but now it's getting boring. Cena/Edge had nothing.

I think Vince Russo could do a good job...he likes all of that contraversy, which (as Bischoff says) creates cash!

In terms of creating WWE-like storylines, practically anyone could do that (the WWE always half-asses their storylines anyways). But if they want to make matches of wrestlers who are paired for a good reason...leave that to Dean Malenko and Bret Hart (if he wouldn't mind doing that).

WWE has a bad habit of failing to find wrestler's who complement each others' talent (ECW did this immaculately and ROH does too)
