Who will be the new #1 contenders for the TNA tag titles?

During the original announcement for the Whole F'N Show, the scheduled tag match was announced as MCMG vs BMI or GenMe vs Ink Inc. With MCMG and BMI having 2 wins each in the best of 5, the final match is set for this week. Regardless of who wins or loses I'm 90% sure they will announce new #1 contenders as the best of 5 series seems like something void of rematches.

As such of the following, who do you see as the next #1 contenders for the tag titles and why?

God thats a tough one when you think of it. Beer Money and The Guns have been putting on such phenomenal matches that I have truly forgotten the rest of the tag division. But lets see I haven't really seen much of Inc. Ink on television recently and the same goes for Generation Me it really shows how much Tna's tag division has taken a hit over the past year but if I had to guess a number one contender team I'd guess I'd have to go with Team 3D if their done with the EV2.0 stuff.

Well knowin tna they'll prolly bring in ronald mcdonald and grimace by attacking mcmg back stage and setting em up as no1 contenders. Yes their tag div has taken a major hit... More like a shit!! In all actuality I'd like to kinda see ink inc get a shot. Give these two a chance and give a little shove to the tag div and ud have at least one element that would be better than wwe.

Having Ink Inc. get a shot would be nice. They've been one of my favorite things to watch on TNA since they formed and considering the fact that Gen. Me hasn't really be causing any sparks in the past few months, Neal and Moore have the better chance to get the shot. Then again we did see Wilde and Hamada form and beat the Tag Champions for the Titles in one night so you never know.

I'm going to ask you to refrain from posting inane bullshit like this in the thread. TNA's tag division is great, unless you can name me a better one, that has put on the quality of matches we've been treated too the past month.

I would imagine Ink Inc. who've been built up much more as a tag team than Generation Me who've primarily been wrestling in singles matches on Xplosion over the last few months, but the difficulty here is if the MCMG retain, both Gen. Me and Ink Inc. are face teams as well – face v. face?

More than likely, it'll be Ink Inc. in my opinion. Overall, Moore & Neal have been pushed harder and have generally been seen more on iMPACT! than Generation Me. I was a little disappointed to hear that the match these two teams were going to have in order to determine the #1 contender for the tag titles was scratched from this week's iMPACT! tapings. Personally, I'd much rather seem these two teams than watch another Knockout title match in which I'd bet my left nut the title changes yet again.

But it was scratched in favour of the MCMG vs. Beer Money match. The whole point of this weeks iMPACT is to showcase each division. Sure I'd like two tag matches over a knockout match, but perverts wouldn't. And who are we to challenge perverts?

Are the MCMG faces or tweeners? I doubt it'd be hard for them to pull the tweener role, a few weeks ago they were ripping on Neal and Moore. Doubt it'd be hard/ Also it's possible BMI wins in which case we've got a certified heel group.

I think that the new #1 Contenders will be the team of Magnus&Wolfe they have been teaming on The most Recent Xplosion's and they work pretty well together and they are a good heel team to go up against MCMG if they were to win on Thursday. The episodes that Magnus&Wolfe teamed up on was a Tournament for the #1 contenders to the Tna Tag Team titles. I think they are the better options then Ink Inc. or Gen Me

Well I am guessing its either Magnus&Wolfe or INK Inc since they has been a Tournament like 'Joe's Gonna Kill you' said and Gen Me has been eliminated by Ink Inc so I am guessing its one of those teams. My guess is Maguns&Wolfe since they are heels and have the skills to put on good matches with the MCMG.

Ink Inc and Gen Me can wrestle but they aren't really ready for the big spotlight. I think the new contenders should be Magnus and Wolfe. Magnus isn't amazing in the ring, but his new look has somewhat legitimized him. Especially with Wolfe as his tag partner, and Chelsea as the (reluctant, but regardless) valet, this team has what it takes to be legitimate. Plus with Wolfe getting jobbed out on iMPACT, this is a great way to bring him back into the mix.

If you bring Wolfe and Magnus to feud with MCMG, they would instantly gain credibility. Though if Beer Money ends up winning the gold tomorrow night, then this plan is irrelevant and we'll see Gen Me or Ink Inc be the new number one contenders.
