Whats going on with Shad?

im sorry if this is in the wrong section but since he is listed on the smackdown roster i felt it should go here. well ever since smackdown moved to MyNetwork i am not able to watch it (thank goodness its moving to syfy lol) but last i saw shad kicked JTG after a lose,shaved his head, started dressing nicely and wearing shades lol, thats how little i know about his heel turn. so please if anyone can please fill me up on what he is doing now and what he had been doing

p.s. i know some of you will probally say "read the dang spoliers kid" i do but i see nothing about shad on there so if anyone will help much appreciated amigo

He is down in FCW working on a monster heel persona and when he returns he will be a huge heel and most likely get a huge push.

I'm actually surprised Shad didn't become a major Heel, especially after his match with JTG at Extreme Rules, however, On-Topic, he's down at FCW working with the rookies.

He couldnt cut it on his own so they sent him back to FCW. He may be back, if he gets any good.
