Occasional Pre-Show
Okay so I have been pondering this idea for a little while and would love to hear from some of the more veteran wrestling fans what they think. Now let me start off by saying I'm only 20 and have been watching wrestling avidly since I was a wee lad. But that's only mid-late 90s when technology had just started to become an abundant household commodity. My question is this...
Had there been social network sites such as facebook, twitter, youtube and even wrestling forums, in the 70s 80s and such, would it have changed the face of wrestling promotions? Would there have been wrestlers like Ryder for example, who would get themselves over? If so then who from your recollection do you remember that had great charisma and talent but just never got over and with the use of our modern day technology, could have possibly scored themselves a push.
