ok say people have been saying if vince made wcw a brand it would make rating go up and stay up? my question is would u have done it and if u would what superstars would u put in wcw?

Wasnt there a reason that WcW failed? I think that if you brought back the old wcw and put "most of all old wcw guys" in it wouldnt that be the same as the old wcw that failed? I'm not saying that wcw didnt have some good matches, but look at ecw now. Vince brought it back because we all wanted it back and now everyone says it sucks. Just let the dead rest...

Just for the record, WCW didn't fail b/c of the wrestlers' performances but b/c of some wrestlers(mainly the big paycheck guys like Hogan) ran the asylum. Once the merger between Time Warner and AOL took place, that took Ted Turner out of the equation, and Bischoff's only supporter was gone. And shortly there after so was he.

I liked WCW, but to bring it back as another brand would only bring back the bad memories and failures attached to it. Let WCW RIP already.

lets say when vince bought WCW most of the wrestlers still had there contracts there Flair, Sting, Goldberg, Savage, Hart, Outsiders, Hogan and the rest

if he had paid for them to still be there and took wcw back to its dominating days it would of worked

he wouldnt need to send over any stone colds or angles

he could have just had clashing PPV's 4 times a year

Bischoff could of been hired to run WCW
it could of made it work but he is too stubborn and now there is no WCW and he has run WWE into the ground as well

the death of WCW was bringing in Vince Russo and he pushed the wrong guys. Say what you want about hogan, and savage, and all the rest of the old guys, but they still had drawing power and should have been kept up top until someone showed they deserved a push instead of being shoved down our throats.

Bischoff wasn't the best, but he was able to knock WWE back on it's heels. You can't bring back WCW now, because the name talent is too old, or already had a run in post WCW WWE and failed, (i.e. Goldberg, Steiner, Nash). WCW was fun and different to watch, but do you really want the WWE creative staff with their hands on it. Look at what happened to the NWO and look what is happening to ECW.

ECW was never given a fair chance. This was something that should have been completly different from the other 2 brands, but guess what, it's slowly becoming Vinces ECW no matter how much we hate it. Hopefully it'll be cancelled before my memories of the real ECW are completly tarnished. Nothing beat staying up until midnight and getting the rabbit ears out to try and find ECW on local TV, that's the way it was meant to be.

I think if they had kept WCW then it would of been a move for the best. Keep sting goldberg and all of them and there you go, a brand new, better than ecw and raw put together wrestling brand.
