I'd never heard of this until now. I'm sure others have.

This is hilarious. It's funny before the malfunction happens but once it does it transitions to a whole other level of hilarity coupled with a degree of insanity. My respect for Vince is damn near constantly growing.

True, but is that legit, or just a thing internet ended up creating? From the last six months or so, I watched every single episode of Monday Night Raw from 1998, and later Sunday Night Heat broadcasts, and I don't remember watching any hype for this "chat". If that's legit, I guess they didn't hype it on the shows.
