I expect to cop a lot of flack here from Taker marks and Triple H haters alike over this thread, but I'm making it anyway.
Now before you all start hurling insults, and dishing out all caps rage rants, let me make my point.
It is my honest opinion that not only should Taker end his career on his back at 'Mania, he should be given the send off by Trips.
Why? Because Undertaker deserves to be put out by another legend of the business. Ric Flair was retired by Shawn Michaels, Shawn was retired by Taker, and now Taker deserves to be retired by someone with an extensive legacy of their own as well.
Love him or hate him, Triple H is a legend of the WWE, and professional wrestling as a whole.
A lot of you ate going to argue that the streak should remain intact and that Taker should retire unbeaten at WrestleMania. Others will argue that if the streak must be broken, then it should be done by a young up and comer.
But I ask you, do you really want to see Mark Callaway, veteran of over two decades, be retired by some young guy could end up being a complete flop? It would be a quite the blemish on the Legacy of the Deadman.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Triple H is the only one worthy of ending the streak and Takers career, but I believe he is the best, and also the most logical choice. It would also set up Triple H to be retired by a large name when he decides to hang it up.
Now let the all caps raging commence!
