TNA Radicalz - Cross The Line !!!

dvayne

Pre-Show Stalwart
Back in early 2000 WCW took a major hit to their midcard when their poor booking caused them to lose Benoit, Malenko, Eddie Guerrero, and Saturn to the WWF. WCW's only strong point was their midcard at that time imo.

It reminds me alot of TNA's X division which brings up a few questions

Back then Vince wasn't afraid to mention that they jumped from WCW which makes me wonder would he actually mention their history or give them the Braden Walker treatment?

Who are the four midcarders you would choose to have jumpship at once?

How would it affect TNA?

What show would you put them on and would you give them a mentor like Mick Foley was with the Radicalz?

What storyline would you use to introduce them?

My choices for members would be
Samoa Joe - ME
Jay Lethal - Midcard
Christopher Daniels -Tag Team
AJ Styles - Tag Team

I would have Eric Bischoff come out as the guest host on Raw he would then talk about a surprise he has coming up in the mainevent. He announces a fatal four way mainevent between former WCW members Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, The Big Show and Finlay. In the middle of the match the TNA originals run in destroying all four WCW alumni.

Bischoff gets on the mic blaming them for destroying his dream and walks off with the TNA originals to end the show.

On Smackdown Vince Mcmahon comes out to talk about Bischoff's actions. He invited Eric to guest host his show and he repays him by creating chaos. He tells Bischoff that if he wants a war he's got it.

In the mainevent It's CM Punk defending his title against John Morrison. He hits the moonlight drive and goes up for the starship pain when AJ Styles runs in nailing Morrison with a chair causing a DQ. Matt Hardy comes out to make the save as Punk and Styles take off through the crowd.

On Monday Night Raw Bischoff, Punk, Styles, Samoa Joe, Lethal, and Daniels come out to the ring. Bischoff says Vince stole WCW out from underneath him so he's been waiting for Vince to slip up and he finally has his chance.

Eric Challenges Vince at Survivor Series to a Winner takes Smackdown match between CM Punk, Lethal, Styles, Daniels, and Joe vs Cena, Cryme Tyme, John Morrison and Matt Hardy

If Vince wins his posterboy Cena becomes heavyweight champ and The Radicalz will be forever banned from the WWE but if Bischoff wins he owns Smackdown and all the superstars signed to it

CM Punk would lock n the anaconda vise on Cena making him tap when its down to just the two of them making Smackdown a separate entity and furthering the separation only bringing Raw and Smackdown stars together for PPVs and feuds between Vince and Eric.

Vince would come out on Raw and Announce that with a lack of competition over the last few years he took his eye off the ball so he decided to sell ECW to the Sci Fi network to focus on his flagship show Raw

At Armageddon I would have a brand supremacy match between Cena and Samoa Joe as Cena puts him up for the Attitude Adjustment RVD runs through the crowd nailing Joe and Cena with chairs. As he stands all Paul Heyman comes out announcing that the executives at Sci Fi made him the new GM and he's bringing some old friends along.

I would Scrap Superstars and add a second hour of ECW

TNA wouldn't know what hit them once their stars realized they were going under everyone would jump to WWE and TNA would be history

This sounds great but I can't see it happening. Can't see AJ going over to WWE plus I think Daniels was at WCW at the end. Also why would CM Punk join Eric Bischoff?

I will say that this is more exciting than any recent RAW storyline.

So you are asking if Vince were to buy out four specific superstars from TNA to do a "new Invasion" angle against his own campany, who would they be and what would the storyline look like? Well, let's see how this would look:

A.J. Styles: ME (Vince is known for putting popular stars from other brands as midcarders or less in WWE, but he'd have to be blind to not see Styles's potential.)

Matt Morgan: MC (Drop the stut-stut-stuttering shtick he had to do in WWE and you have an amazing star on the rise.)

Bobby Lashley: Return (He had Main Event written all over him in the 2 years he was with WWE, be a shame not to have a glorified return)

Shark Boy: MC (Kill down the Austinesque attitude a bit of course)

Now we can hold all this information till the next Draft Lottery. And to really mix things up Bobby Lashley would pop up for Raw or Smackdown (I don't see another ECW run for him). The fans should be able to remember him, and would be shocked. Let's say that was on RAW. ECW gets Shark Boy, and people then start to talk. What is going on here? Well, all the talk gets to Smackdown, wherein everyone watches the tron attentively. This could improve Smackdown's ratings as well. One of the last picks ends up to be Matt Morgan, whom very few would remember but can tell just by size and physique alone this guy would be valuable. So we go to the next RAW, where Vince McMahon will special guest host. He enters the ring and calls for Lashley, whom on several occasions he has had run-ins with. Vince tells him he wants to bury the hatchet between them, and Lashley uncomfortably agrees. They shake hands and in doing so the lights go out. Styles appears on the tron as his new theme plays. Lights flicker back on as Styles, McMahon, and Lashley are all in the ring. Styles shakes both Vince's and Bobby's hand, and gets on the mic and proclaims he is there to make an iMPACT. As the crowd cheers him on he gives Lashley a cheapshot with the mic and knocks him down. Vince looks on smiling. A.J. gets Lashley back to his feet and hits the Styles Clash. Vince raises Styles's arm in the air for victory as the show ends.

That is how I would introduce it. By doing this I've already set up all four of them in the limelight to some degree. Not only that, but create a fairly decent feud. And the storyline wasn't complicated at all. Everyone benefits, no loose ends, and it is realistic.

actually this would be one of the best things to ever happen and could be one of the most exciting. but i would use diff tna stars, first off scrap the fake macho man and please fire joe hes nothing special i think i would someone like mat morgan styles maybe daniels and sting but deff kepp your story line big ups for that.

TNA Radicalz would consist of the following...

Samoa Joe
Christopher Daniels
Chris Sabin
Alex Shelley

This four men, out of all the TNA originals, seem to be the most WWE-marketable guys (maybe Abyss, but he was offered, and turned down, a deal a few years ago). Joe has the size, Daniels the look, and the Guns have the chemistry and charisma. Also, all four men have been grossly mistreated by TNA, especially in the past few years (Daniels being under several different masks, the Guns forced to dress as turkeys, Joe's push stalled).

Reason for no AJ is, not only does the guy sound like an absolute hick during promos (they got those guys already...called the Hardys), but he's just not the right talent for Vince...AJ is just too small of a guy to be taken seriously by Vince. Plus, AJ has furiously stated he would rather quit the business than work for Vince.

The rest of TNA's roster can suck it.

Although seeing Beer Money on RAW would be amazing.

The thing is, is that all the people mentioned are the ones getting pushed on TNA. The actual equivalent of the Radicals in TNA would probably be Jay Lethal, Rhino, Homicide and maybe the MCMG. To be honest, I can't see that any of them would succeed very well in the WWE. Far from it, in fact.

This, I suppose, is testament to the stupidity of WCW. They had 4 guys, who all went on to be champions in the rival brands and they weren't doing anything at all with them. TNA's guys who aren't being used, aren't really that good. So in short, yet more proof that TNA is run better than WCW.

lol,NEVER gong to happen, the MCMG have stated many times that they love TNA and have no interest in leaving, same goes with AJ and abyss.Lashley has an MMA career and lets not bring up his WWE career,he abandoned vince and ended up being Brock lesner version 2.Daniels is just like AJ,he's loyal to TNA

the only TNA star that I see making is in WWE would be Robert Roode,he looks like a young JBL,he would be perfect

i actually was foaming at the mouth sitting my suspension out waiting to get this unfair treatment over with so i could post on this one.........

the TNA Radicalz. Maybe they would have a better name than the Radicalz. How about the TNA Insight.

My five would be.

Robert Roode
Monty Brown *scrap the Marcus Cor Von gimmiC*
James Storm
Hotstuff Hernandez
Brutus Magnus

Okay it seems inevitable that Beer Money Inc would be a great tag team, and could each have tremendous singles success in the WWE. Robert Roode, not only has great ability and mic work but could very well be the next JBL in the making, James Storm has the ability and mic work when he talks, and could very well be the next Stone Cold in the making *minus the bald head* Both could be HUGE singles stars in the WWE and still have a great run as Beer Money Inc in the E. Also if the E chose to they could use Robert Roode as a pre-NWO/post-DX Rick Rude type character (where he comes down with the money case and just seems like a real fucking badass) and could flaunt the money having playboy status into a new character ala Ted Dibiase Sr. James Storm is a great redneck beer drinking fist swinging ass kicking asshole that I have come to love him and Roode as a tag team, even when they are heels I love them, they are one of the reasons I watch TNA even after reading the spoilers.

Monty Brown is an absolute tremendous athelete. He did not leave the E on bad terms, I heard it was a personal family matter maybe a death? He could always return, I think the more we had WE WANT ALPHA MALE MONTY BROWN BACK signs in the crowd the more the E will push to get this beast back. He was a great wrestler in TNA and even though he had the shitty gimmic in ECW was still that same wrestler there. He could be allowed to flourish in the E as Monty Brown (The Alpha Male).

Hotstuff Hernandez is a great guy all around. In San Antonio some friends of mine and I went to a RCW indy show at the church there and we met him, He was really friendly during that day we also met Kenny, Maria, Mr. Kennedy, Mickie James, Ashley and London an Kendrick out of those people Ashley was a fucking two face cunt lying bitch who threw my playboy (the first issue she had ever been in not the fake one wwe was trying to promote) in water and denied it was her. HELLLLLLLOOOOOO!!!!! how many fucking Ashley Massaro's are there in the USA? And Kenny acted like he was hating being there and was mean mugging everyone that got a picture with him. But the best thing of the night was meeting Hernandez he put my faith back into wrestlers. I walked into the bathroom and as I came out he was standing there waiting for his run in and we talked and he excused himself did his run in and came back and talked some more, then after the show in 40 degree weather he stood outside in his white wife beater, shorts and a pancho and talked to fans, signed autographs, and took pictures with everyone staying an extra 2 hours to do that, while guys like Messiah, and fake stars on the indy scene ran off without saying hello to anyone. He has the skills, the charisma, the ability, the size, and the mic skills to be exactly what the E needs, wants, and looks for.

Brutus Magnus the reason I chose this guy is he is a midcarder, he has good skills, and mic ability, and he is exactly where Milenko and Saturn were when they jumped ship. He could be the Milenko, who is a road agent for the E still to this day, the only ones who doesnt work for the E are Beniot (RIP) and Eddie (RIP) and Saturn *where ever the hell this guy is* He could do big things in the E hooking up with Regal and Burchill and forming a new type of British Super Group on ECW or Smackdown.

Id let them show up on all three shows and then just like dice on a craps board.........whereever they land is where they would land. But Id love to see Beer Money Inc on Smackdown and Hernandez on Raw and Magnus on ECW and Monty Brown on both Smackdown and Raw vying for the Unified World Title. and get rid of the brands and just let em all wrestle each other hence why you have superstars back. mark my words its only a matter of time that the world title is unified with the wwe title.
