TNA/GFW Potential Invasion Storyline

So what's going on? I haven't watched or read the results for TNA in a while, so I'm kind of clueless/curious as to what's going on. I have a few questions.

Why is TNA losing so many wrestlers recently? Is it because they're going out of business, or are their wrestlers (some/most) joining GFW for an invasion angle? What will most likely result out of the invasion angle?

Sorry, I just have no clue as to what's going on.

At this point, I have to believe GFW is being written in a very meta way by George R.R. Martin, and whenever we ask whenever we ask what's happening, the response is going to be;

"Don't worry! They're coming! They're totally coming!"
