We’re still closing in on Bash at the Beach where, in case you didn’t hear it 948 times on Nitro, the main event will have basketball players wrestling. Nitro was one of the most annoying shows I can remember in a very long time, meaning things almost have to be better tonight. Granted I’ve said that before and been very, very wrong. Let’s get to it.

Somehow, that's the most valid criticism I've gotten on this.

On another site I post these on, I was called sloppy for saying I think a jobber wrestled for Dragon Gate (he did). Apparently I need to do more definitive research for a lone appearance by a jobber in a Stevie Ray squash.

In all seriousness though Thunder was all I ever saw of WCW, I always remember Macho Man and Batman Kapows being quite regular.
