I just looked back at a thread here back when Punk won the MITB briefcase, many people said this:
he can't draw
he has no charisma
he is not exciting in the ring, he botches to much, only "Smarks" like him, he doesn't fit the WWE mold
no mention of his mic skills.
He's a jerk in real life like batista
Why did it take people 3 years to jump on the band wagon?
Why do posters who said he wasn't great in the ring 3 years ago, now praise him as an in ring general and icon of the new era?
Why did they treat him like a midcarder for life but now treat him like a saint? I'm just really curious, kind of suprised how he's gone from not thought much of to face of the IWC.
