The time has come once again for The Ultimate Fighter to lead us to our newest UFC prospect. This season will feature head coaches, Michael Bisping and Jason "Mayhem" Miller. The shenanigans should be bountiful. As for the fights, it will feature Featherweights and Bantamweights. Use this thread to discuss the current season, speculate at who is going to win, and bullshit in general, just make sure it isn't spam.

This season really has the potential to be the best season of TUF yet. I think that for mainly 2 reasons.

1 is a pretty obvious reason, and that is the coaches. Miller and Bisping are both known for well, expressing their feelings. Bisping has gained a lot of hate across the MMA world minus England, and Miller has his fair share of haters across all parts of the globe as well. Just as we've seen on TUF Team UK vs. Team USA, Bisping likes to get inside of his opponent's head, and really likes to talk trash. Just as we've seen from Miller before, he is a very loud and out going guy, and in my opinion these two will create fireworks this season. I expect AT LEAST a few confrontations and disagreements between the two coaches this year, and a lot of trash talk leading up to their fight.

2 is the two weight classes competing in this season. The featherweights and bantamweights are known for both being quick on their feet, and having rock hard hands, and looking for knockouts on nearly every punch that they throw. Along with the what is at stake, I feel like the "little guys" of MMA will be very quick on their feet, and throwing hard strikes, which leads to great fights, and even greater knockouts. From a fellow mixed martial artists standpoint, watching how swift these guys strikes are, and how fast they are standing up and on the ground is pretty incredible. I think that there are some jiu jitsu guys who advanced in to the house, so watching them closely from a fellow mixed martial artist's standpoint will be a truly great experience.

Overall, I'm really looking forward to what this season has to offer, and I feel like it's a little early to choose a winner. The only two that really stood out for me is one of the twins (rooting for), and that really cocky black guy (rooting against). Overall, along with Blue Mountain State following it, this season on TUF will be great IMO.

Yes, this season really does have a ton of potential and I am thinking and hoping it will live up to it. I love Mayhem and although i've always been back and forth on Bisping I think he's a good coach that really cares about his guys, and having them as opposing coaches will be amazing. Focusing more on the talent, I think that this season is overflowing with it and I was absolutely blown out of the water by some of them. Although it's early just for fun i'm going to make my early prediction, it'll probably change later on after we get to see more about their personalities and another fight from them after they've been in the house but my early pick is Diego Brandao the superman looking brazilian crazy mofo. Sure i'm going off a fight that was over quick but I have a feeling about him, and if he doesn't win then the serial killer swede Akira Corassani will take it. It's gonna be a great season, can't wait for wednesday for the next one :)

I've seen the first two episodes already and I'm hooked now. I've seen WWE's latest season of Tough Enough, but that show is a kiddy show compared to this show. I feel like I can relate to these new, young fighters, since they're around my height, weight, physique, and age.

I'll keep watching this show and see who I'll become a fan of later on.

This week's episode was a pretty good official start to the season with the team picks and first fight. First off let me say that I'm a bigger fan of Mayhem than Bisping but so on tonight's episode Mayhem wasn't very funny and I liked Bisping alot better. Jason's shining moment was definitely once he had his team and was training with them, I feel like he's going to be an easier coach for the guys to embrace and get close to and I loved their team's energy during training, for me it always makes the training better when the coach/instructor is really into it so I liked seeing that.

With the team picks I was a little dissapointed with Mayhem's picks in general, he did snag my pick to win in the Bantamweight division in Johnny Bedford but I aside from Bryan Caraway who I just like(I don't see him winning) i'm not crazy about his team. Bisping picked some fantastic guys including my two choices to win the featherweight division in Diego Brandao and Akira Corassani, I also like his bantamweights Louis Gaudinot and Josh Ferguson. So if things go the way I see them going Team Mayhem will win at Bantam and Team Bisping will win Feather, but this season has started off with intense fights and anything can happen.

From what we've seen in the house so far i'm worried that Bisping's boys might fuck with the super nice expensive recoop machine's that Mayhem brought for his team, that could be bad. Guys are getting along so far and seem chill with each other but from the clip of next week it looks like that peace will be short lived as usual.

Mayhem's fight pick was the best thing he did this episode because he knocked off Marcus Brimmage(my little Mike Tyson, Bobby Lashley, Gary Coleman mix of adoreableness) with a guy who didn't impress in his elimination fight in Miesha Tate's boyfriend Bryan Caraway. I'll admit when he started talking about his mental problems when it comes to nerves and whatnot I was a bit worried, but there's something I like about Caraway so I stuck with him to win. Weigh Ins were interesting, Caraway looked like an intimidated church mouse and Marcus looked pumped, and blue team's little jingle was pretty funny:rolleyes: followed by a little scream from mini Bob Sapp.

Fight time came and once again Caraway's akwardness and nervousness kinda had me worried and Marcus looked like a man with a mean side. Fight started and showed a dominant wrestler in Caraway, just because of Marcus's size and strengh I expected him to maybe not get taken down so easily but you can be a Phil Baroni lookin dude and have shitty TD defense, and he did. Caraway was dominant on the ground, I loved that he used one of my favorite ground techniques with the body triangle and used it to control and gas Brimmage. The only thing was Caraway was having a little too much trouble finishing once he had the back of a guy who didn't seem very used to the ground, which he did for most of the first round.Second round comes and Caraway looks pretty wiped out, Marcus gets the better of him on the feet but Caraway manages to get another good TD, get's his back and unlike the first round he snags the exposed neck and sunk in a good rear naked choke that had darkness kickin like a little kid in a choke. Great win for Caraway after a lackluster first fight and he keeps his team in control for next week, sorry Marcus you're adoreable with your tyson talk but you're not winning TUF.

Clips from next week look pretty exciting, can't wait to see everything that goes down because Brimmage and Diego are gonna get into some shit in training and it looks like we'll get our first taste of team pranks and people being pranked getting pissed. Can't wait for the next one!

Last night's episode was pretty good, decent fight with alot of heat goin in, pranks and we get two fights next week, sweet.

Mayhem is a great coach, he's cool with his guys and I love that he can be serious and teach them well while still being able to goof off and have a water noodle fight, classic Mayhem.

It must be that time of the month for Diego because he was getting heated, even though he's my pick to win his weightclass I think he's a bit of a hot headed brazilian douche. I was on Marcus's side there, I mean shit like that happens in training sometimes and Marcus was just returning what he was recieving from D, and then Diego won't let it go and says he wants to kill Marcus....whoa take it easy hoss it's only sparring.

Same situation with Akira, got to see some prankage go down at the house and as usual one person gets upset about it, pranks them back and then the house is on the brink of WW3. Akira put shit in everyone's gloves and then Dustin retaliates by pouring rice all over Akira's bed, Akira gets pissed and says what he did was different because you can dump out a glove but a bed is worse, and now we have a very stupid rivalry, but it should be fun to watch ;) And Bisping's prank was pretty awesome, returning the tire joke, what I love about Mayhem is he laughed and he thought it was funny while Bisping would have gotten upset had it happened to him. Mayhem can dish it out and take it in return, Bisping can only dish it out, Mayhem scores more points in my book.

The fight was ok, nothing really special but my pick to win his class Johnny Bedford picked up a win over fellow country boy Josh Ferguson. Dominant performance, nothing exciting though, cant wait to see the two fights next week and i'm hoping one of them is Dustin-Akira. Also if Diego does not win as I have predicted, we need to see Brimmage vs Brandao at the finale!

This weeks episode was a good watch, alot of action rolled into one episode and lots of new additions. First off Team Mayhem is now 4-0 and even when Team Bisping knows the match ups being picked ahead of time they still can't pull off a win.

John Dodson has been running his mouth and trying to help his Leprechaun buddies by telling them what fights his team has made ahead of time so they can prepare, I know that being loyal to your friends is important but there's something about respecting your teammates as well that requires loyalty and he is spitting in every guy on Mayhem's faces, fortunatly it seems as though next week that will be resolved so good news there.

Fights were good, Bermudez vs Bass was ok and Gaudinot vs Pague was excellent. Bermude was able to win the stand up exchanges and take Bass to the ground where he dominated and we got to enjoy Bisping yelling some Tito-esqe "UP" shouts but unfortunatly for Michael and his team there was no fight or sensibility in Stephen and he got stopped in the second. Bass later blaming Bisping for pushing him too hard in practice and ultimatly losing him the fight was total bullshit, don't make excuses and if you can't hack it then find another tv show.

Gaudinot vs Pague, I cannot say enough good things about this fight, tremendous all the way around. Very fun stand up exchanges, I kept expecting Louis to either fall to the knees from the clinch or Dustin to get dropped by the bombs he was getting hit with while his hands were busy with the thai clinch, and in the end one of those knees put that little green haired SOB on his ass and he got finished with an RNC by Pague. Kick ass fight, I give major props to both guys for that, I like them both and they're both chill guys and I hope that their fight is a candidate for the best fight of the season.

Next week it looks like Mayhem finds out Dodson is snitching and whoever fights next week is going to sprout alot of hell because it seems as though we get a fracas at fight announcements followed by a war of words between the coaches and a fight after the actual fight, should be alot of fun!

I feel a little weird being the only one who posts in here but dammit that aint gonna stop me. Tonight's episode was not quite as good as the past few and the fight was surrounded with controversy, that being said lets get going.

I absolutely loved how instead of just outing John Dodson as the rat on his team, Mayhem used it to his advantage and made Team Bisping think the match up was Diego-Siler so that Akira wouldn't be as prepared to fight when they announced the fight was going to be Dustin Neace vs Akira. Diego is a major hot head and although I dislike him more and more every time we see him throwing a fit, I still think he's going to take his competition in his weight class but personality wise I don't like him.

We had a nice little confrontation with Akira and Dustin at fight announcements when they got in each other's faces and Dustin let his energy get to him and took a takedown, everyone gets involved to seperate them and then Bisping and Mayhem get in a little war of words, nothing important though.

The actual fight was interesting, first of all I have to say that Neace's stand up is akward as hell and not very fun to watch unless you're looking for some good laughs, and Akira needs to work on Cardio and working off his back. Anyway the fight starts with akward stand up exchanges(mostly thanks to Dustin's striking) but he it goes to the ground after a caught kick by Akira, and after some fun on the ground Dustin catches Akira in an ankle lock and Akira taps, but the ref doesn't see it and the fight continues. Second round was all Akira in a lackluster dominant performance, but there's some major BS gone down with that sub not ending the fight. I would like to say this fight's result is reversed but looking at other bad finishes in UFC history I'm not getting to optimistic about it, it does look like it will be reviewed atleast.

On another note, when Akira went over to Mayhem's corner and did the imaginary machine gun, and then the athletic director Keith Kizer came out and talked to him, what did you guys(if anyone else ever comes on here) think? I thought
1)When the hell has Kizer ever interjected in the history of this show and why did he choose now to do so instead of other moments like Junie jumping the cage on TUF 8?
2)This guy needs to take the pole out of his ass and calm down, I am a big fan of respect and if I were on TUF I certainly wouldn't be one of the guys to do something like that but fighters have major amounts of adrenaline and when that stuff is pumpin you can do things you might regret later, but I highly disagree that something like that is grounds for being suspended. So Tito doing the Gravedigger is totally fine but this guy doing basically the same thing is a no no? Why? Because he isn't a big money name yet so you can hassel him about it? I don't know, it's really no big deal but I thought it was a little strange seeing him jump in where he wasn't needed.

Anyway, decent episode but I will be much happier when we find out if anything will be done about Akira tapping and going on to win the fight, fingers crossed and hoping the decision will be reversed, that'd take the wind out of Bisp's sails. :p

I'm two episodes behind so excuse me if what I say makes no sense after seeing the next two episodes.

First, I'm little disappointed by the lack of in house shenanigans going on this season.

Second, I love Mayhem, he is not only a hilarious guy, but a great coach! His team is doing so well and they're having a good time.

Third, Bisping is such a douche! I don't think he's all that great of a coach and he just yells at them. I would be so pissed if I was on his team, I would want Mayhem as a coach so badly. Those guys got jipped in my opinion.

I still need to watch the more recent episodes, but that's what I've got so far. I also think the guys this season are killing it! The fights have all been great! I just watched the fight between Bermudez and Bass and that fight was awesome! I really like Bermudez.

Well wednesday's episode wasn't one of the best but it still happened and the results were important.

Diego absolutely wrecked Siler, I definitely saw him finishing off that lanky little dude even though he went through a war with Micha Miller. Diego is insane to say the least and he's got some personality issues but I picked him to win his weight class for a reason, the guy has demolished both his opponents so far and is still chalk full of rage, can't wait to see him fight again.

Dodson's win against Prince wasn't as exciting, Dodson showed off his incredible speed and good athleticism hitting those head kicks on a taller guy with those little legs. He could have done more though and he knew it, even admitted that he coasted in the second round but still it was a dominant win and he moves on so no worries there.

Last note for the episode is that I hate Bisping even more(didn't know that was possible), when you go on a rant about how someone is an asshole when you were the one being an asshole, you're the asshole.

Just watched tonight's episode, pretty decent but nothing too exciting. I loved that Akira and Diego decided to turn it up on TJ because he douched things up by trying to take the easier road to the finals but continued to talk big. Unfortunatly Brimmage once again gets roughed up on in training, gets rough back and a war of words begins, deja vu anyone?

Mayhem pulled a good prank getting freeway liners and putting them around Tiki's car, Tiki was a bitch and whined that it wasn't a good prank. It sounded to me like he was just pissed about it, if someone pulls a prank on you then just goddamn laugh at it and admit it was funny, don't say well it wasn't very good in an attempt to hide your bitchiness.

The fight was pretty good, I'm not a fan of either guy so I really didn't care who won as long as it was exciting. The first round was boring but dominant, second was fun seeing TJ pop Roland in the face and then sub him, the kid bitched out picking an easier fight but atleast he looked good out there.

Semi Final matchups sound very interesting, and in general I'm very excited.
TJ vs Dustin:I really don't see what the big deal is about TJ and I think Dustin could and should beat him by giving him a TKO.

Bedford vs Dodson:This fight worries me, Bedford is my pick for his weight class but I don't see how he's going to deal with the speed and athleticism of Dodson. I really hope Johnny pulls it off and take out that snitch but I see Dodson by TKO or Decision.

Akira vs Dennis:Akira is one of my picks to win his weight class but I have a feeling that he will be wrestled and Ground and Pounded by Bermudez, but hopefully he catches him, otherwise he probably loses a decision after getting beat up on the ground.

Diego vs Caraway:I really like Caraway but I don't think the poor boy has a chance in this one against my number one pick to win the show here. Diego is a wrecking machine and Brian will not be able to hold him down and sub him unless he gets very lucky because Caraway is scared and does not have confidence, Diego by KO.

Pretty good episode tonight, good mix of fun in the house and in the octagon. Firstoff even though I hate Bisping that was a pretty funny prank he pulled dousing Team Miller with the fire extinguishers and then having the Mariachi band come in and play, two really random things but thrown together it was brilliant.

Marcus put his dirty disgusting jock strap in Bisping's mouth, I enjoyed the look of anguish on Bisp's face. :lmao:

Also Akira buzzed part of Caraway's head while he was sleeping, I definitely smell a finale match-up right there.

The fight was good, very entertaining stuff and I tip my hat to both guys. Akira was clobbering Dennis for most of the fight, he had him rocked on so many different occasions I couldn't count em all. In the end though Dennis got a good takedown like I expected but Akira left his neck out and got hit with a Guillotine that put him to sleep. Good fight, and it was pretty entertaining to see Akira waddling around the octagon asking what happened and if he was still in the tournament. One Semi down, 3 to go and I can't wait to see Dustin beat up TJ!

Very dull second to last episode here tonight for anyone who's wondering. The best part was the coaches challenge where they played air hockey, both guys sucked but when Bisping won he bragged his freaking ass off. The fight was pretty boring, all due respect to Dustin who was trying to do what he could off his back but dull fight where TJ laid on top of him. I'm disappointed that Dustin lost because I like his style and his attitude while I think TJ is a douche but he can fight, well done TJ. Now next week we have some great looking fights, we'll have Bedford vs Dodson and Brandao vs Caraway and man am I excited for those!

Pretty good last episode to cap off an incredible season, Dana has said that this season was the best season fight wise that we've ever seen and I agree with that. Dodson vs Bedford was a decent stand up war, it was just hard for me to watch since I was rooting for Bedford and he was just so much slower than Dodson it was painful to watch Then when he was finished with those vicious hammerfists I was cringing, he really got taken out too because he thought he has back home in Iowa when he woke up. Dodson heading into the Bantamweight Finale in style to meet TJ Dillashaw.

Then before Caraway-Brandao the rest of the boys partied it up since it was the last night in the house, both guys had no part of it. Mayhem came over and brought more fun to the party as always, the boys drank, jumped a bike into the pool and finished their time there off with a bang.

Diego vs Bryan was a heck of a fight, I was hoping that Caraway could pull it off but I knew that Diego was so damn determined that he woulnd't have any of it. He threw a beating on him but major props to Bryan because he took ten times the damage that Silver and Diego's first opponent did before fading, that boy has heart and a chin thats for sure. So now Diego heads to the Featherweight Finale to crush Dennis Bermudez, I don't like Diego as a person but damn is he a fighter.

I totally forgot about the voting on the best KO, Submission and Fight of the season until Dana mentioned it tonight, I will definitely be doing that.

Lastly the coaches face off was great at the end, I cant believe we havent seen a coach fight on the finale since Season 5's BJ Penn vs Jens Pulver but goddamn am I excited and I am praying that Mayhem chokes that asshole out. Overall this was one of the best fight seasons ever, the house wasn't too excited but when you have such amazing fights who cares? That's all for Season 14, see y'all when 15 starts!
