The Reject may have lost his chance (WWECW turning into ECW very slowly but surely)

Mid-Card Championship Winner
This is from wrestling observer,
Vince McMahon apparently lost his cool at Shannon Moore who he felt buckled to the ECW crowd by delivering a lackluster match to a horrible crowd reaction and then getting on the mike afterwards saying, "I'm not here to impress the internet." Vince ordered the finish of the dark match between CW Anderson and Moore be changed mid-match to have Anderson go over and he also order that the two switch roles and Anderson work face. On the August 8th show, there was no mention of him on the show so many backstage think he blew his chance.

If this is true, than Moore might not be excelling in WWECW. It's nice that CW won, but too bad it was a dark match and not on TV. I guess Vince was so pissed he had an ECW alumni win the match. That might eliminate Moore, who we had no TV time for anyway. I guess they'll focus on Thorn and Punk a little more, and oh yeah Depree (he can be their jobber to push the ECW guys, lol) Balls seems to be being pushed, so its not like it's Zombie in there every week. Heyman seems to be getting more control. I would like to see a couple of 10 min matches a promo and a 15-20 min main event. I know Big Show's their champ but if Punk's not there every week, than Show doesn't have to be either. Knoxx and Test are there every week, give them a week off or something and give us Doring and Roadkill, the FBI, CW, Snow, Creddible, Mahoney and/or Richards That might not be possible, because of all the commercials, but I think they can give us some 10min matches instead of giving us 2 squashes and a ******ed promo. But I hope that Vince continues to give power to Heyman and maybe we'll see our ECW favorites pushed. We might not see our Extreme Rules in every match but we can't have everything we want, but maybe we will one day. The ratings were a little lower last week, and there wasn't any WWE guys, hopefully the fans will pick it up now, since the RAW and Smackdown superstars aren't comming on the show anymore. If the ratings pick up, then Heyman is going to have more control as the weeks come and I think we can be a little bit more satisfied with the show, even if we aren't completely satisfied. I hope we can drop the WW from WWECW soon, and have a fair alternative to the crap on Mondays and Fridays.

its nice to see 2 months into it. some of us are still optimistic that this might actually turn into something

Of course at first, I was not that impressed with the first ECW return show however, I was willing to give it a chance, despite the negative critiscism. But, I was able to catch ECW last nigt in Canada (Global @ 12:05 midnight), and even though it wasn't the same ECW, it was still not that bad at all, I can see that the ECW wrestlers are trying to help this brand work, and if it takes the next couple of months or years, then so be it.

Well, if you read WZ's article "ECW Enemies, NBC's Pressure, & More ECW News" this might as well stop, it's been getting alot better, but if you read the article, it kills lots of hopes i had, you know how much the WWE does ass kissing just to satisfy others (except the fans). Hopefully none of that happens.
