This was a seriously tough choice and we did have a wide range of people to choose from but I'm very glad he decided to come on board. We've got a lot of work on and have done a lot of talking in the past fortnight. Hopefully this cycle will maintain the standards that we have set.

Does this mean that the majority of the creative guys have had two+ tenures on creative. Dave and Harthan both did, I think Showtime stepped down for a cup of coffee before coming back, and Ech was way back when too. Not criticising it, just something I noticed.
