Mid-Card Championship Winner
In the kayfabe world of wrestling, titles are everything. If you haven't won a title, you haven't accomplished much. Well, I just noticed there are 10 people who have been with WWE for a while and have yet to accomplish anything kayfabe wise. Those guys are:

• Damien Sandow- He won Money in the Bank, but failed to win the title. He has contended for the World title, IC title and Tag titles, but he's failed to get any of them. He has been jobbing ever since. Tough break for the Intellectual Savior of the Masses.

• Ryback- He has main evented PPVs with Cena and Punk, but failed to get the title. He has contended for midcard titles ever since and failed to capture any of them. He has teamed with Curtis Axel and that hasn't taken off either. Needless to say, Ry has been a disappointment.

• Sin Cara- In kayfabe, he's been with WWE for 3 years and has done absolutely nothing. He has shown very little aspirations for the title too. He worked Money in the Bank, but didn't capture the briefcase and never chased the title again. He contended for the tag titles with Rey, but didn't get that either. Rey unceremoniously teamed with Big Show when he came back and Sin was left hanging. He has done nothing since, effectively being the man with least achievements on the roster. Yikes.

• Darren Young- He debuted with the Nexus 4 years ago and was kicked out. He then worked Supertars and NXT for 2 years before coming back as part of PTP. PTP contended for tag titles, but never got any of them. He's currently injured, but I don't think he's actually even contended for a midcard title. That's pretty sad.

• Titus O'Neil- He's in the same position as Darren, although he doesn't have a SummerSlam main event with the Nexus under his belt. After turning on Darren, he's done nothing of note, pretty much Brodus Claying into obscurity. He just jobbed to Bo Dallas on Raw. PTP should have stayed together, because neither of them seem to be going anywhere.

• Fandango- He debuted with lots of fanfare at WrestleMania and even beat Chris Jericho clean. He was poised to win the IC title, but after an injury, he was replaced by Curtis Axel. When he returned, he showed little to no interest in getting the title, and pretty much fumbled in undercard feuds for the rest of the year. He had a few IC title matches with Big E, but he lost each one. Right now he is directionless and it doesn't look like he's getting a title anytime soon.

• Tamina, Naomi, Cameron and Rosa Mendes- The diva's division only has 1 title as opposed to the 4 titles in the men's division, so it makes sense when plenty of girls go their whole careers without getting a title. Still, they've all had enough failed shots at the title to be considered as failures. Sorry divas.

I don't count Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, Xavier Woods, Bo Dallas, Rusev, Summer Rae, Emma, Eva Marie or Adam Rose, because they have yet to be a full year with the main roster. When they go a full year without winning any titles, that's when they should start to worry.

So, who do you guys think is the LEAST successful person of them all in terms of kayfabe-accomplishments?? I think I'm going to go with Sin Cara. Four years without doing anything is a bit too much.

Of those listed, all of them have had at least some degree of relevancy at one point or another. That is, with the exception of Rosa Mendes. If I had to pick one, I'd go with her. She hasn't done....well...she hasn't done a damn thing or meant a damn thing at any point in all the time she's been part of the WWE roster. The only things about her were the various reports of her train wreck of a personal life that made the rounds over the past few years.

Speaking of reports, for some odd reason, she's alleged to be a favorite of Kevin Dunn and that's why she hasn't been released. Exactly what "favorite" means is anybody's guess but considering that she can't wrestle worth a damn, despite having been on the main roster for over 5 years and has no real charisma to speak of, aside from the generic sex appeal that most Divas have to one degree or another, I can't help but wonder if "favorite" is a euphemism for bed warmer.

I second that, gotta roll with Rosa Mendes.. She really has nothing unique or special qualities about her at all.. Not very good in the ring actually she sucks.. She has been with the WWE for over 5 years now,and hasnt accomplished shit.. I had no Idea she was Kevin Dunn's favorite or pet, that might explain as to why she still is with the company.. The others have had some success at one point or another, yes titles mean a lot but its not the death nail if you have never won one!

I have to disagree with you there. That might have been true decades ago, but nowadays, if you don't have at least 1 title under your belt, it could very well mean you're not going anywhere. The days of guys like Junkyard Dog and Roddy Piper being pushed at a top level without winning a title are gone. If you didn't get at least an IC or tag title run, you're probably a jobber at the bottom of the card.

I don't remember the last guy who was pushed at a top level and left the WWE without ever winning a title. I guess Mark Henry was always pushed at the top without winning titles, but he had a European reign to his credit, plus he eventually got both ECW and World Heavyweight titles.

Chris Masters is probably the best example of a guy who was heavily featured and never won a title, but even he ended up jobbing into obscurity on Superstars before being released.

Dolph Ziggler, Zack Ryder and The Miz all had titles. I don't think you're 'Title' theory is full proof.

I voted for Sin Cara. Being given your own lighting etc showed they expected big things of him and it didn't come to fruition. Too many botches and bad matches and he's just gone downhill.

If the theme of the thread is genuinly the least successfull, you can't count anyone with any type of win for a title, No 1 contenders match, briefcase etc as they at some point have had success. Someone who has won nothing major, can only be counted as unsuccesful in WWE.

Actually, you're right. When she showed up in the ring the other night, I first wondered who in hell she was. Given the recent giant purge of people from the company, it seems incredible she's still around, no? Makes you wonder why. (smutty inferences notwithstanding)

Rosa is the worst ring performer of all the divas......which is really saying something.

She gets my vote.

I'm not sure about the Rosa/Dunn stories but its been a long running rumore that she used to give Hayes BJs on the regular. Both stories are gross but it seems to be working for her.

Piper won both the IC and Tag Team Titles in his WWE career. he won the IC Title at the Royal Rumble in 92 and then lost it to Bret Hart at Mania 8. can't remember the exact dates he won/lost the Tag Team Titles, but that'd be easy enough to look up. he was a Tag Champ with Ric Flair.

as for the question, there are several names that i would've suggested except that the WWE just released 12 people in total. JTG would have been my vote prior to all the future endeavored list. he was with the company for several years and never won any titles and was hardly on tv to boot. Yoshi Tatsu would be another example. "don't hinder Jinder" Mahal is a contender for this dubious title as well.

of the list above, Rosa is a good choice. i'll add a name to the the list for consideration: Heath Slater. besides getting the crap kicked out of him by a bunch of random legends, he's never done anything worth watching. he could've been replaced by a literal punching bag and those legend matches would have looked the exact same.

fun thread. interesting to think about this stuff in terms of kayfabe.

Tamina Snuka. Granted she's out with injury -.I feel creative doesn't know what to do with her. I'm guessing because she doesn't have the look like the other divas. I feel she is too talented to just float around divas division.
