The Doctor's Office

I've played the original and I've played Super Paper Mario and I love them both to pieces. The new one will probably be one of the first 3DS games I get. I might play some of the original in a bit, hmmm.

I support the namechange, and I don't know if it's my computer but the words look a little funny on the Twitter background. I'd be able to help you out more if I weren't on this tiny thing.

Ah, OK, then it's good. And nintendoLee is just a great Twitter name in general, and it's a bonus that it's also the name with your blog. I gave you (another) FF.

THEY ARE MAKING A PAPER MARIO 3DS GAME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

*dies from the world's most massive markout*

I am getting a 3DS and that game. I don't care if I have to kill 20 old ladies and 29 babies, I am getting a 3DS and that game.

Yeah, I haven't played a working demo but I've seen a video of it and it looks sweet as in 3D which is kind of funny due to the point of it being in 2D.

OK, I just watched a trailer, and it looks freaking epic. I love the fact that they are going back to the turn-based battles. Super Paper Mario pissed me off when they took that away.

As awesome as Dave's sig was, I had to make this new one while the inspiration still had me.

Super Paper Mario was incredibly clever in every way. The gameplay mechanic and its use, the story, the dialogue, everything. Great game that doesn't get near enough love.

You're right, I loved Super Paper Mario. In fact, it was my favorite of the Paper Mario's. I don't recall getting much time with the GCN one, and I just played the 64 one on the Virtual Console.

And Doc, can I count on your vote of Hogan over Edge in the tournament? I'm on a crusade here to make Hogan the winner of the whole thing, and Edge (in a TLC Match in Calgary) is the first one to pose any sort of an almost threat.

I got some good news in the mail today and some shitty news, good is my WWE tickets arrived, bad is I supposedly owe the state of Minnesota $280 for a speeding ticket I got over 5 yrs. ago (and one I was under the impression I had already paid)

Guess I should put my plans to buy a PS3 on hold just a little longer

At least you got the WWE tickets. Shame about the fees though.

So I'm getting my computer back tomorrow, hopefully them fixing it didn't cause it to lose data, but if it did oh well. I'd only be losing some installed programs and settings that can be readded, and my folder full of funny wrestling images.

Thing that really pisses me off is they want me to pay it in full and immediately, and then in the letter they say "Interests and penalties may be assessed by your creditor, so the actual amount due on the day you remit payment may increase. We will notify you if adjustment to your payment is needed"

To me that translates to "As soon as you send us the check we fully plan on turning around and fucking you in the ass and telling you that you owe us more money"

Of course the tell me to call if I have "questions or concerns" and they're offices are closed till Mon.

Damn man, that sucks. I hate how dishonest all these companies are. Everyone's out for themselves.

They'll be getting a nice little phone call from me on Monday, prolly on my lunch break by that time I'm sure I'll be plenty pissed off by then just from the usual stupid shit from work, and need to someone to vent on:evil3:

Turn based is good if it makes me give a crap about the characters, things like fire emblem and dragon quest VIII being fine examples.

I'm going to assume you hated Sacred Stones as much as I did

god those characters not named L'arachel sucked.

Haha! That's great Justin!

As for SPMario, I actually thought it was a very fun game, and the fact that they used the wizard people from The Thousand-Year Door as main people in that game made me mark out a little bit.
