The final piece of the puzzle? What puzzle? Doesn't seem to be too much of a mystery in terms of what went down at Columbine and why. And I for one see nothing to gain from glorifying the shooters while continuing to avoid a solution to a problem of this nature for more than a decade.

You really believe that releasing these tapes will give closure to the families? Personally I don't see it. Thankfully I've not been exposed to tragedy of this nature and hope I never am, but I cannot imagine that if I was, releasing these tapes would make me feel any better whatsoever.

The nation hasn't been waiting 13 years for this, the families should get them if they want. However, the tapes are none of your business and don't need to be publicly released.

Who's gonna pay for the release of the tape? Releasing tapes costs money. Have you seen our debt?

Those tapes were the property of private citizens. Our government should not be in the business of exposing private citizens information. They are here to protect their citizens.

Victims family members should be allowed to see it if they really want to, but no... this should not be released to the public.
