So the World Title Series would wind up on 5 January 2016..... I would want EC-III to become the World Champion again by defeating Matt Hardy in the final.... Now EC-III is still unpinned and therefore undefeated! So would you want to defeat him atlast and how?

Drew Galloway is The Chosen One for this awesome accomplishment!
He has a good look, nice in-ring work and would be right choice to defeat EC-III !

Thoughts? And Who would you want to be One to end the streak?

Based on the roster today, Galloway would provide the best possible payoff, but you'll need to ask me this question again after January 5th, even if EC3 does end up reclaiming his title. The reason for this is to know exactly what the roster will look like by that time. New signings could change my mind. Not that I would want a new signing to go over EC3 right away, but depending on who they bring in, they could be the better long-term choice, even if it means having to stretch things out to build them up.

Fortunately TNA is aggressive in making new signings and thats a good news! Moreover They are looking for younger talents so that it increases the promotion's value.... Reports tell that they offered the likes of Del Rio, Ziggler, Goldberg but were unsuccessful but still i think they are atleast trying.....

Michael Bennett and his wife Maria Kanellis are most probably joining TNA in January 2016

I hope they sign more young talents from indies, RoH, NJPW etc to increase their credibility!

I would have to go with other. None of the veterans need the win. Shera is terrible. Bram and EC3 shouldn't be anywhere near each other. And Galloway has become very lackluster (IMHO).

I do agree with IDR, give it to someone that TNA has long-term plans with. TNA has found their perfect heel(in EC3) now they need to find the perfect face. Roode is great but his best years are behind him. Give the moment to someone young that TNA has high hopes for.

Yeah I agree! None of the veterans like Jeff, Matt, Roode etc should defeat EC-III.... They dont need it and wont gain anything from it! Instead EC-III should go over all the veterans so that he can boast even more!

But where i disagree is Galloway being lackluster! I see all qualities in him to be the top face! Yeah i remember Tyrus has a assured future title shot.... but as i said in another thread, Tyrus as top face willnot attract and create interest as much as Drew will!

Drew Galloway would be a great pick. He's got so much potential and all the tools needed to be a great World Champion. I do like EC£ and would be hpapy to see him as a long term TNA Champion, but Galloway would be a good choice to lead the company too.

However, the man I picked is The IT Factor of Professional Wrestling- that man is Bobby Roode. In my opinion, Roode is the total package and I've said that time and time again. Great look, great in the ring and great talker. He's already the longest reigning TNA Heavyweight Champion of all time, and I'd be happy to see him go on another long title run. He's got it all.

But if he wins the TNA title, Galloway would have to put up or shut up. If he didn't make a good champion, there would be no reason for WWE to eventually take him back. (wayyyy down the line, that is)

Then again, although I voted for him in this poll, I kind of doubt they're gonna have him take the duke.

Yeah i would really like him to be back in WWE but i dont see him going above the Upper Midcard level just because Its WWE! Though i would want him to be World champion at both the promotions!
I too doubted it but when he was portrayed as "The Saviour Of TNA" my hopes were given major height and i hope TNA doesnot shatter them
Instead of being a midcarder in WWE, I would like him to be the "Top Babyface of TNA" and EC-III is already the "Top Heel of TNA" and then build TNA to a much greater height! Wont you?
Atlast the universe itself works on hopes, so why not?

The reason I voted for Drew Galloway is that we haven't seen that before. I LOVE TNA as people that have followed my posts know, but I feel like we have seen the others so many times. I REALLY think their most marketable stars would have been Cowboy James Storm, Austin Aries, and Matt Morgan. But, they have gotten rid of all of them. That leaves Drew as my next "Next big guy". I would love to see Tyrus help EC3 win the title, and then turn on EC3 right after the crowning moment. Lay him out with the briefcase, then take the title. Then have Drew take the title from Tyrus. That could lead to a prolonged feud between Tyrus and EC3, and leave Drew a chance to beat some of the other names left on the roster (Angle, the Hardy's ) before they leave to build his legacy.

Upon disposing of Tyrus, EC3 sets his eyes on Drew.

I think that would be a compelling main event for a while.
