With news of tests recent release from WWE/ECW as posted on the Wrestlezone news board.
Do you reckon he will end up in TNA??

Cant see it happening personally...

And i hope it doesn't happen, he is only an average wrestler, and only has an average character.

Does anyone want to see it happen??

Does anyone rate Test as more than average??

TNA has an history of taking WWE's released talent so i would not be surprised. Bringing Test in TNA is not a bad idea, IMO he would of been a better bodyguard for Christian than Tomko b/c they look like they could work good together(They also both come from Toronto). So if they do hire Test they should put him with Cage, Tomko, and Steiner.

it wouldnt be a bad idea if test went 2 tna, he would make a good rivial for somebody such as abyss or maybe even rhyno
but first he needs a character change and a real finisher

I would really enjoy seeing Test in TNA. It is definitly the place for him to shine through. We all knew he'd never been WWE Champion or World Heavyweight Champion. But if he was to be brought in by TNA, he's another good atheletic competitor for the NWA Heavyweight Championship. Give him a different finishing move and set him up with a great character and he's set.

I really hope that Test goes to TNA, but I don't think its likely. From the statement he put out about being let go, he sounds as if he's done on wrestling for awhile, if not forever. Which is a shame, because I've always enjoyed Test's ring work, and his street fight with Shane O'Mac at Summerslam '99 is a classic in my books. Nothing better than seeing the Mean Street Posse sitting on a couch by ringside, lmao.

wwe doesnt push enough guys and this is the result how pathetic wwe stupid "sports entertainment"

Everytime a WWE wrestler is released, people always say "Go to TNA!" They always want them to jump as soon as they are released....

In this case, I think it would be a good idea. Test has alot of potential that has never shined through because of the position that he has had. He never had a chance as World Champ. What? A one time European champion? That's pathetic. But, it's how the business goes.

Test as NWA World Champion...I can picture it. It really fits. They need to give him a face gimmick. Like Undertaker's biker gimmick or something similar. Maybe like Goldberg. He definitely has the potential it takes to be NWA World champion. It's just a matter of time to see what happens.

Sadly, he might just end up in the indy scene and forgotten like 70% of wrestlers who are released.

If he gets off the Steroids, then yes, It could work.

However, if he doesn't stop the drugs, I would be ashamed of TNA bringing him in, but they brought steiner back, and if you ask me, he isn't exactly clean...

Test is definitley better than an average wrestler, its just that WWE don't give him a big enough push, in regards to Test going to TNA, im not quite sure but it is a possibility and if he ever does go to TNA I think he will get a push unlike WWE, just like other people have said, all he needs is a new character and he'll be set.

I've always liked Test, I think he is definately above average in ring work. Then again if you look at the WWE that isn't saying much. I think he would be a great talent in the middle age range for TNA, but given his statement it comes down to if he really wants to wrestle. From what i heard money is not a driving factor for test, because he has made great money in the reality investments. The main factor is does he want to wrestle.

Lets Hope NOT. Does TNA really need another WWE throwaway? Come on guys, wake up. TNA might as well rename themselves to WCW. TNA has so much talent yet they are putting all the TV time on people that couldn't hack it in the WWE or is a Druggie. I would have to say the only wrestler that came from the WWE that was a huge sign was ANGLE. Other than that, TNA needs to focus on who got them to where they are today! Otherwise, they will be bought by the WWE next.

I hope they do not bring him in. I don't think he brings any recognition with him other than "that boring guy who never did anything." Maybe it's WWE's fault for not pushing him maybe it's his fault, but in my opinion there are plenty of other guys they can bring in. Plus he would take away from other guys in TNA why have a more entertaining style.

His wrestling in bland, I don''t find him particularly good on the mic, and he just doesn't have a good look or personality. That's just me. I don't see any advantage of bringing him in.

Test would have been an ok addition if they had'nt hired Tomko. But other than as an enforcer I dont see the point of TNA bringing him in.

His experience and name power may put him over, but what would be his name? Exam?

LOL...That's a good one.

There's two ways this can go. Another WWE reject thrown to TNA, or a wrestler who could actually help TNA, while keeping his career and entertaining.

All the man needs is a new gimmick, and some new moves, and he could be a great addition to TNA at some point.

I was going to suggest SAT for his name...

I hope to god though TNA doesn't bring him in. Not only would it prove to be pointless, he isn't that good to begin with. Besides, they have Lance Hoyt, who is the same thing as old Test (even kind of looks like him) and can do a backflip...

That's true. Hoyt is a diamond in the rough. That guy has some potential. But, I don't think he'll ever get the push he deserves.

You know in the 90's ppl said steve austin was a average wrestler with nothing special.. but jumping to another federation where he had a "opportunity" was a great move and made him one of the greatest stars in history.

I think Test has something special, but wwe is held him down. Back during the Stephanie/Test relationship I was expecting Test to shine and become a star, but his heat was stolen up from under him... and he had all those comparisons to Kevin Nash who he favored alot with the long hair.. But if he came to TNA it would make even MORE difference than it did for Christian Cage in my opinion. He has a great look, so what if he doesn't have many moves, he's got okay mic skills.. and he can always change his charactor!!! I hope Test shows up, he will be the next impact player for TNA.

I think it could be good, but I am no Test fan. I'm not a big fan of big muscle-head guys, they bore me really easily. And Test is just TOO big, all he does is slow down the pace of a match IMO, and I don't like that. But he does have his upsides too, however if we never saw him again I wouldn't miss him.

Test is a loser and always will be a loser. It would be a waste of money to sign him seeing as how there are other prospects out there who actually have talent. Like others have mentioned, Lance Hoyt is TNA's "Test" so to speak, he's more talented than Test and he isn't doing anything.

Bad idea. He'd be a better in ring talent then Big Show, but he'd be a waste of money. He & Show would not bring in any new fans. No WWE fan is going to start watching TNA because of either man. TNA needs to just build up their talent.

They don't need every WWE reject. Take the good ones. If RVD leaves he is a definite pick up. He'll bring great in ring skills & fans w/ him. No one cares about Test. They should try & get Jericho as well. Midcard heels & the Big Show will do nothing for TNA.
