Do you like the move or hate it?

Personally, I like it. From the little video preview it seems like he can be a heel which ECW needs pretty badly. He also has a type of ECW look to him with the piercings and shit. But by all means bring back the old guys. But I like the Test move.
 
Well, him, Big Guido, and Big Show certainly make up for ECW's giant division.
 
I think they sort of need someone like Test just so we don't have to watch the Big Show beat the snot out of some guy half his size on a weekly basis.

i wanna see them build some of the older talent. prove to the fans the product is genuine. then build these other guys.
Angle needs no building and neither does Big Show. They don't need to be on TV every week. We only have an hour, and 25min of it is commercials. TNN was an hour but there wasnt too many commercials

I F'N missed the video preview damnit! But I like the fact that he'll be in ECW, He always had the look of some one that could hold the championship in the WWE but he was a little to green in the ring and on the mic, I think he'll get a good push in ECW, getting to work on his skills in a little less scripted type of matches and promos, plus he carries the attitude that I would expect from an ECW star if it was back in the day when ECW was first around, all-in-all It should be a good fit IMO
 
Test is great talent that doesnt belong in EcW.

it seems EcW are signing former WWE superstars in my opinion thats a step down from ECW's reputation.
 
Another disappointing aspect of WWE;ECW. They should be bringing some of the OVW guys in, making new superstars instead of bringing back old faces. The ECW brand would have been the Perfect time to do that.

I think Test is boring. He looks like most wrestlers, and his gimmick is the same as a lot of wrestlers.
 
Test is good. wWe didnt use him properly. watch some of his indie stuff.
 
Well, I look at it this way. I like Test being on the show far more than the Big Show. I mean I actually remember Test having a repetoire of wrestlings moves and a bad attitude. I think part of the whole storyline they have going now, and bringing in the WWE wrestlers is to try and bring over fans from Raw and Smackdown to ECW. This does prevent some of the ECW guys from being on camera as much as one would like. However, they're trying to boost the ratings, and if the ratings are good it will become a two hour show.
 
Yea Test can defintiley work in the ring and has 100 times the move set of Big Show which seems to be punch, kick, slap, backbreaker, throw...I think Test is going to be a main event/mid card heel.

As of building on new talent I think they first need to isolate ECW as something that will be watched which they are doing by bringing in WWE fan familiar faces. I think the young talent will be coming.
 
If the rumors are true that he will be the lead heel, then yeah, it's a great move. In fact, even if he is gonna be a baby face, it's better than Heat/Velocity which is where he would end up otherwise.
 
I personally think Test should go to Smackdown for a few months and after a title reign, go to ECW. It would really help smackdown's little weak time. Anyway he IS GOING TO ECW. Last night they showed a little promo thingy

Why should he go to "Smackdown!" first? Smackdown is worse than the WCW Sunday program that used to come on (man, that was horrible).

Besides, the fact that Test referres to his fans as his "testicles" is more in line with ECW... in fact, it reminds me of when Simon Diamond used to refer to that bodyguard of his as his "Big Dick". LOL!!!!
 
Test in ECW should be good, if you watch some of the old indie or new, he can pull of some great ECW moves, can be hardcore and drive storylines. Test as a heel would work very well with a manager.

Man, D-X is just some rehash because the WWE "Creative" team can't come up with something else... this is just as lame as when they had the NWO come back only to result in Hulk Hogan's old, bald arse wrestling again with those old, sloppy, crappy moves of his.

And WWE used to make fun of WCW for hosting "old fogies"... now look at WWE... karma...
 
Damn, kid's only 6'5"? I thought he was taller.

Oh well... him in ECW should be interesting. Hopefully Him and Tanaka collide when Tanaka makes his rare appearances.
 
I like having the Test return. He has the potential to make a really good heel on ECW, WWE just didnt utilize him very well. I would love to see Guido Show and test Unite and make one of the first "Stables" in ECW, a gang of giants that would squash all opponents , interfere in matches justto be a**holes..and noone could stop em as they all to big and mean.
