Ok, as promised....er, alluded to- design description, followed by time spent on it
Left arm, quarter sleeve - Altered family crest, with The Bear from the California state flag inside of the sheild, to make the coat of arms. Im gonna turn this into a 3/4 sleeve as soon as I figure out a good design to add to it. - 2 1/2 hours
Right Arm - 3-D depiction of my arm slashed open, but instead of flesh and blood underneath, its an American Flag. - 6 hours
Right forearm - an ambiagram of the words "HOPE" and "FAITH"....for the uniniated, that means it reads "HOPE" one way, and flipped upside down, "FAITH" the other way. Innit. - 45 minuts
Right side of Chest reads "NOR" left side of chest reads "CAL". I say chest, but its the fron part of your arm were it connects to your chest, IE at the ends of your collarbone. My roomate is from New Orleans, LA, and when they get tats of their hood, or set, thats were they put them. I thought that would be a nifty way to do a peice to express pride in were I am from - 1 hour
Left side of ribs - A picture of a lions face, taken from an actual picture. Fucking terrible experience. 180% more painfull than anything ever. - 3 hours
Entire back - A cross with "sharp" tips, with the words "MAY GOD HAVE MERCY" written in script on a banner going over the middle of it. I also have scriptures written out in script writing on my shoulders right above the cross. Psalms 91, and Isaih 1:9. and no, that wasnt planned out, the numbers just ended up that way. Odd. - 8 hours so far.
