Code is 3106-0000-0016-EAB4. This is my favourite level and took me about 4 hours tweaking here and there. Try and look on the thumbnail for the wiggler I made out of blocks!

In the sky or underground. The level is doable by going right, but that's not fun. Go down and make it a bit difficult. Code is E5C5-0000-0018-4FEB

I always wanted to see a dungeon builder from Bowser's POV, trying to keep Mario away from and out of his castle. I haven't played Mario Maker yet, is there an opportunity for something like that?

Sort of, with Amiibo you can give costumes (and you can unlock it later) that include Bowser. Though you can't make Mario the bad guy.

I got it yesterday and will be trying to make some levels this weekend. I plan on using the Rosalina and Link Amiibos immediately. I'll be sure to try your levels out too, Lee.

Which of the sets (Mario Bros 1, Mario Bros 3, Mario World, New Mario Bros) did you like the most the first time around with level creation?
 
When you start out you only get SMB then you unlock more and more as you design. I strangely like NSMB as the spin jump allows for more precision. I've not made one in world yet but that allows you to throw items up.

I just try and see which ones are the best.
 
Just got the Underwater set. I've made one full above ground level, about to start making an underground and underwater one too. Trying to unlock stuff first. You got everything unlocked yet, Lee?

EDIT: And the castle set came within seconds of when I initially posted the above.
 
I've got all sets (but not costumes) unlocked.

Easiest way is create a blank level and put blocks out as the unlock goes on the amount of blocks you use.
 
That's pretty much what I did. I extended a test level as far as it will go horizontally, then drag-click blocks all over the place, by the time I've filled everything it loads the next window of information.

Really cool concept, but I got stuck in the 2nd underground area because I had Yoshi and accidentally ate the Wiggler on the track.

The code here has a typo, but I found it when I looked up your other levels. This was your best one. I loved how it has an easy path and a hard path.

Coins coming from the bullet bill shooters? Genius. Also the way you built the paths leading up to Bowser Jr and Bowser were well done.

My gamepad has to re-charge, but I'll log back in and star them when I get a chance after D&D tonight.

I'm expanding my level I made to include an underground portion. It's a Mario 1 set featuring Rosalina's costume mushroom. Have a couple of others in mind I want to make and will upload.


I've got everything unlocked now other than the crown tier, which I suppose is going to be for DLC sets.

The 7 enemies one was me just trying out. The aim was to make it easy but then people realise there's a plant hidden in the box.

Regarding Wiggler party, if I had have redone I'd have made Wiggler big on the rail because Yoshi can't eat him.

In the Sky or underground, I deleted the original version because I changed a few things in it (SMB3 background for example). The level code is DBEE-0000-001B-88AD.

The paths building up are supposed to be like the building for fix it felix in Wreck it Ralph.

Actually I forgot I considered that. There's a secret block to the left of the bridge and you can make it with a flutter jump.

Yeah do 100 mario challenge and you get a costume. There's 100 in the game. I just keep doing the easy mode (8 levels).

So I posted this one in Gamers Unite, but here it is again for all you Mario Makers. "Up & Over or Through the Pile?" is the name of the course. Naturally I give you 2 options for getting past the pile of enemies (really the only obstacle in the course. One is more dangerous, but I won't tell you which.

Yeah this was me just playing around and I had only played one or 2 levels by then. I think I uploaded it before getting any of the deliveries.

It was my first real test at level design. I have a rather grandiose idea that will be put to the test when I'm off from work on Wednesday.
