Though, really, it seems legit. Tobey wasn't that awful of a Spider-Man, but I can live without a 4th Spider-Man movie considering I haven't even seen the 2nd or 3rd ones.

Well, my biggest thing was... If you've read ANY of the comics, or played Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1/2, Spider-Man's more a smart-alec than a little polite shit.

Uh, this already HAS been confirmed guys by Variety, where the story broke. Tobey AND Raimi are both confirmed out for Spidey 4. Which means probably everyone else involved in the first trilogy won't be back either.

It's a total reboot from what I can gather. Kind of fucking stupid if you ask me. You won't find a better director for the franchise than Raimi.
