I put the deposit down on my lease today, and signed all the paperwork. The Milkman is officially moving to Lexington Kentucky.

Initially today I was very happy about it. Well. Now I'm terrified. In 33 days I'll officially be moving on into the final step of adulthood...moving out of my parents house.

I'm terrified. I mean. Who the fuck will do my laundry?

I met the right people, and got a job at Paul Miller Ford. It's the largest dealership close enough to where I am now that I'm not completely uprooting myself away from my family. 1 hour and 40 minutes sure does beat 5-6 hours.

It's a big opportunity. The guy who trained me made 6 figures for 11 consecutive years at the dealership, and going at such an early age there should be room for a promotion in 5-10 years.

Most dealership's policy on the friends/family discount would be 500$ above invoice. No negotiations, hassle free, etc. The advantage of being a friend/family member is I would be able to help in terms of a car that we are in well.

It works pretty simple. If I have 2 sentras both being gray, 20,000$ miles, and 2012 yet I have 6,000$ into one and 7,000$ into the other. I could sell you the one for 6,000$ at 6,500$. I don't know their inventory right off hand as I'm not there right now, but I could help out in terms of when I get there.
