We’ll begin with a little history here: twenty years ago today, a show called Monday Night Raw premiered. To celebrate, tonight the main event is a last man standing match with Big Show facing Alberto Del Rio as his major face push continues, near Santa killing aside. Also, for the first time in longer than I can remember, Rock is on Smackdown tonight. Let’s get to it.

Loved ADR as a whole back when he originally debuted, went sour on him after Wrestlemania 27, have always loved him because the dude is a fantastic in-ring performer, his character kept getting staler but his matches entertained me, and now I'm back to whole love. Great match and a great edition of Smackdown.

 

[Diet Soda]

Alberto would be so much more over with me right now if this was his first championship win. His two brief WWE title reigns frankly did nothing for me, but I'm willing to try to invest in him now as a face. Fingers crossed.
