Sigh...

Could be. Or she just hasn't warmed up enough to you yet. I'd say continue to pursue it, but don't come on too strong or she'll just get scared away. Play it cool, bruh.

Unless she has a skewed view on pet names... sorry.

But hey, you will always have Alf!

Yeah, FalKon. He'll have Alf, a big bottle of baby lotion, a couple of Diva spreads, and/or high-speed internet access.

:lmao:.

Seriously, Milky. If you like her, then just tell her. I am friends with most of the girls at my school, and it took me a long time to tell them how I felt. But one day, I just got up and said that I'll never know if I don't try. So I asked her out, and she said yes. However if she does indeed say no, then just ask if you guys can still be friends. Just my advice, take it or leave it.

Well I have to say I agree with JKO here, most girls really do appreciate a guy making the effort and making a stand romance wise. As long as you don't jump her or anything :) there aren't really a lot of disadvantages. Believe in romance :)

I allready told her I have a present for her, that she would really like it, or really hate it. So tomorrow is pretty much all or nothing. Its like Miko told me in an MSN conversation earlier. The hurt of rejection can maybe last a week, or two. But the pain of not asking at all, can last forever. I don't really feel like going through pain forever, anytime soon.

I highly doubt this chick and I will ever have sex under any circumstances outside of marriage. Not only do I not believe in pre-marital sex, but neither does she. But I will never say never, I'm certainly not putting my dick in a box and testing it out though.

Milky, just because she called ya "pal" doesn't mean you're stuck on the friendship tip. Hell, my gf still calls me "buddy boy". It's sounds like you may be fucked, but it could be her trying to find a nickname for ya. Just remember, young man:

Never say Die! That is, unless you're in German class.

I've come to the conclusion that all this friend zone shit has come about by people watching too many episodes of Scrubs and Friends ironically.

My current girlfriend used to call me "mate" all the time before I asked her out, mate being an english slang term for friend.

No actually I learned of the friend zone thing from a Chris Rock Comedy Special.

Mate is a very ambiguous word because of its different meanings. See, she could have been calling you mate because she thought you were her soulmate, or because she wanted to mate with you.

I think I see that one, I still wouldnt take my life lessons from the man though

I wouldn't either but the way he described it was just uncanny to that situation I was in many times during high school, so the saying kinda stuck for me.

I can see where your coming from

Her - "alright mate"

but she is a lazy talker, so she could've meant "alright, lets mate"

It's one to think about
