SHALL WE BEGIN?
So yea, I have a fairly large, cut chest, abs, and very good size and definition in my shoulders and back. But I feellike I have really spindly arms. And its fuckin aggravating. whats even more frustrating, is I do my bicep workouts with 50 pound fucking dumbells, with perfect form, so there is definately no lack of strenght. they just utterly REFUSE to get bigger. Sometimes I think they are damn near getting smaller. I know we have guys here who are pretty avid body builders, so was just trying to see if any of you dudes had any advice for me. thanks
