sick of being built like Kurt Angle

So yea, I have a fairly large, cut chest, abs, and very good size and definition in my shoulders and back. But I feellike I have really spindly arms. And its fuckin aggravating. whats even more frustrating, is I do my bicep workouts with 50 pound fucking dumbells, with perfect form, so there is definately no lack of strenght. they just utterly REFUSE to get bigger. Sometimes I think they are damn near getting smaller. I know we have guys here who are pretty avid body builders, so was just trying to see if any of you dudes had any advice for me. thanks

Inclined biceps curls. Recline a bench back so it is halfway between flat and straight up. Let your arms hang with the weights on the side then do a curl. Its a lot harder but will hit the spots to get your arms bigger. Remember to do triceps too.
 
The triceps are the ones that will make your arms look huge
reverse curls
the hanging barbell curls as said earlier
get like a 25 or 30 pound barbell and burnout a set
 
Also, try 21's. Its were you do seven half reps from the bottom halfway up, then seven from halfway up to the top, then seven full reps. Those work well for peaking your biceps once you build them up.

Remember though, triceps, can't stress it enough.

That's ridiculious. There are so many fat and out of shape people in the world that would kill for your body. Stop yer bitchin'.
 
If you want big arms, why don't you just ask John Cena what it is he does to get those tree trunks so Goddamn huge.
 
You want your arms to grow stright bar curls HEAVY i promise your arms will grow. You can throw in the incline dumb bell curls as well but for sheer size nothing gets your arms bigger than stright bar curls.
 
Steroids are easy to get hold of. They're pretty expensive though. Just stop working out, eat butter, put on weight, then start working out again.
