WWE banned the punt kick (a running kick to the head). On smackdown, Del Rio used a variation of the punt kick (ironically to Orton in a triple threat match, who did it to Cena at WM 24 in a triple threat as well).

Going by WWE's policy, shouldn't Del Rio be like... fined?
