Mark Henry is the biggest waste of space in the WWE.Having the Big Show JOB to him is a disgrace to Show. I dont know why they keep him around.He was better as Sexual Chocolate and that was a joke .He will never be WHC material. His lack of talent is almost as bad as his mic skills.

no other than the diva match him and show put on the worst match of the night and it wasnt shows fault. show draws henry doesnt. who is going to pay 44.99 to watch mark henry do nothing for the whole match smackdowns bad enough dont make him number 1 contender or god forbid champ. i met him nice guy but not a chance
His push is going to depend on if he legitimately injured Big Show with that chair stunt after the match. I'm hoping it was planned the way it happened, but it sounded like Big Show was really upset, not his normal screaming angry hurt "DON'T TOUCH ME!!!" self when he's acting. I heard him telling the trainer "I think he broke my damn foot" as they were driving him backstage.
Henry would be a good opponent in a title match, but I don't know that I'd hang the belt on him for too long, if at all.

Henry has earned his title sht for sure. He's the most BADASS star in the business right now. And for those saying he's the biggest waste and the worst wrestler ever they need to just stop it. Just stop it. You guys are Know nothing nobody's who's opinion's don't mean shit at the end of the day.
Premature thread but the answer is still no. Despite the push Henry has gotten over the last month, Henry hardly got a reaction at Money In The Bank. Seriously. He's been destroying people for weeks. His music hits in Chicago: nothing - barely anything at the most.
That's just how it is. Henry has been mediocre for so long and has gimmick is so vanilla for a big guy that the general fans simply don't care. He gets no reaction, doesn't draw, is bad in the ring and mediocre at best on the mic. Henry is a good guy and it's nice that he's gotten some attention this late in his career, but there is no way he should be a world champion or even the #1 contender.

I'm pretty sure that we are all entitled to an opinion. Just because I don't agree with you doesn't make your opinion any better then mine. I'm sure i'm not the only one that finds Mark Henry a waste of WWE efforts. They could push more worthy talent then Henry.a member of wwe universe

just becaause he worked "hard" and so he should be in line for a title shot? First of all the crowd doesnt buy into him and second, he simply sucks in the ring. Lots of jobber works hard trying to crawl their way up then i guess might as well give them a title shot.

Maybe later down the line, but not for next month, nor the month after. Maybe around survivor series or before that PPV they can get in the mind set. Personally, I'm way more ecstatic about Daniel Bryan and how they will build him up for the WHC. I hope they build him up and allow him to have a fairly great and memorable run when/if he gets it.
Mark Henry shouldnt be a number 1 contender ever! he can fight for the title maybe in multiple men matches like chambers or triple treats, but by any chance in a one on one feud, he doesnt have the ring skills nor the mic skills in order to draw people's attention

Since Christian is now Champ, RKO is now the #1 contender. However right behind him is the new MITB winner Daniel Bryan and 3rd should be Mark Henry. No one else on the roster has the momentum he has right now so yes he should be in the hunt.
Yes have him come in as the monster heel since he initiated his turn vs John Cena then it only makes sense that he squashes Cena tonight.
Build Vince to lose all faith in Cena last night and personally makes the matchup to punish & fire Cena afterwards... make Laurinitis special referee.
Put Cena through a table after a main event tag match or something. This sets up Cena vs. Henry (non-title) if Cena wins he can never appear on WWE TV again.
