Shawn Stasiak Promo

I just saw this thing on YouTube when searching for some old WCW promos. Apparently Shawn Stasiak wants a job in WWE. He's gone out and made this thing.

The guy is 44. It's admirable that he wants to "make history", but it seems highly impossible. His biggest mistake was ever joining WCW and taking the "Mr. Perfect" rip-off gimmick. No way even if WWE takes him are they putting him in the title picture.

From what I gather from the video, he is acting like 13 or so years didn't go by since the last time he was seen in WWE. It's an interesting thing to see any kind of history made, but if his whole purpose is to be a world champion because his father was, then it's a decade late. WWE is filled to the brim with young and attractive people that don't need Stasiak stealing their thunder. Today's audience don't know him, so he'd be coming in with 0 momentum. He would be the polar opposite of Sting.

There's several companies he could possibly be a world champion in that would honor his father. WWE just doesn't seem like a fit for him now.
