Summing up the article if you don't feel like reading it, a blogger on a site hosted by Google called some model a "skank". She got all up in a tizzy and had a judge force Google to release the identity of the blogger so she could sue him.

Scary stuff. That kind of judgment sets a precedent and probably has implications for forum posting as well as blogging. Not a good thing.
 
That's like that one lady getting sued for caling apartments "moldy" on Twitter.

It's fucking Twitter. Unless you're famous, no one pays attention to your posts. I highly doubt that tweet is the reason the landlord's reputation was supposedly harmed. It couldn't possibly be because the apartments were actually moldy, no way.
